Watch Repair Report

We can perform a variety of watch repair services. Our repair services include batteries, bands, and movements, just to name a few. Watch movements are like engines in cars; they need to be maintained and serviced on a regular basis. It is essential to have your watch lubricated to prevent movement damage and time loss.

Jewelry Repair Report

We can clean, polish and restore your jewelry to look like new. We recommend having your jewelry cleaned every six months to detect any wear or damage. Often, sterling silver needs to be cleaned to ensure that the tarnish and dullness is effectively removed. Ultrasonic cleaning - Sound waves cause a vibration to loosen build up from a precious item when placed in a cleaning solution.

A water resistant rating given by the manufacturer has been based upon a set of very controlled conditions in a laboratory. I do not recommend this place if you want to engrave your personal items! ruined my watch by doing it wrong the first time and then scratched it all off so they can do it again and it just looks so ugly and cheap now. have to buy a new batteriecover and fix it somewhere else!

Will never go there again! Went to get my bracelet shorten and they told me it would be a two week wait. They called me after two weeks to pick up my bracelet and there was a knot in it, it wasn’t cut even, and it wasn’t even sized right! The guy tells me the owner takes his stuff to LA to get them fixed! So I gave them another chance to fix it. Went back the next day and supposedly they had fixed it. Turns out all they did was take the knot out...my bracelet is still big and uneven! They still charged me $38!!! Rip off! Do not come here!

Got the battery replaced on my Michael Kors watch in about 10min. Only charged me $15 which is a lot more reasonable than Fast-fix in the same mall. They were gonna charge me $50 and take an hour? I highly recommend Bayside for battery replacement at least
