Just visited this store. Needed to get a battery for a watch. Nobody acknowledged us for over 30 minutes. We patiently waited and finally I asked a male there and he just continued to do what he was doing. So I asked the guy next to him and he answered my question. He said I could leave the watch and pick it up tomorrow and gave me a price. He then proceeded to assist the associate that I had originally asked and didn’t feel welcoming at all. Unprofessional. We ended up leaving as it seemed like they didn’t care about customer service or to at least show acknowledgment.

I left my wedding ring to have the prongs repaired, and they did a fantastic job! My ring was finished very quickly and now it sparkles like new! They have a knowledgeable staff on hand, and answered all my jewelry questions! I’m bringing in a few more pieces that need attention now that I have a place I know I can trust! If your looking for something special, their jewelry selection is absolutely spectacular!
