Pretty disappointed in this floral arrangement I just got. I received these on Thursday afternoon. A day and a half ago and they are already dead. One tulip fell off the night I got it and this morning the… other one dead as well without ever actually opening. There are hard dry flowers that are just crumbling. Everything is drooping. Some are already turning the nasty brown. My house is not hot it stays pretty cool. There is no reason for them to be this dead already!! Tried calling yesterday and today and no answer. Really not surprised they won’t answer.

I should have read the reviews before I purchased a mother's day bouquet 10 days in advance. I purchased a bouquet, card was charged, no email confirmation. When called the store 4 days in a row, as expected my mom did not receive her bouquet. Very disappointed. If you are going to run a business, make sure you have your ducks in a row! Don't have your website active and take people's money if you can't make the commitment.

Just awful. I’ve been trying to support local businesses these days, but this is one that probably should just close their doors. I took my son there to get a professionally done corsage for his girlfriend. The… lady at the counter was indifferent to us...almost like she didn’t want our business. I should’ve just walked out, but like it said...I’m trying to help small businesses. Anyways ....He picked it up today and it’s as big as an egg. Probably the smallest corsage I’ve ever seen💔I could’ve done a better job for $5 rather then over $50

My dad sends me a birthday bouquet from here every year and has been doing so for five years or so. The flowers are beautiful and fresh each and every time. I'm always blown away by the creativity of the arrangement and the flowers themselves. This year's arrangement included roses, tulips, ranunculus, orchids, spray roses, hydrangeas, snapdragons and more. They're still looking beautiful a week after my birthday! I've never had an issue with delivery. Last year they forgot the balloon my dad ordered to accompany my flowers. He called them and they immediately delivered the missing piece. I know

My husband ordered bouquets two consecutive weeks (one for my birthday and another for our anniversary a week later).
I wasn’t 100% satisfied so I called the owner to provide some feedback. I explained that the flowers were wilted by the 3rd day and that the vases weren’t tall enough to properly hold and display the bouquet.
She became very defensive about the vases and explained that customers must mention anything related to the quality of the flowers within 48 hours. She said they would pay attention the next time. I told her there would likely not be a

I ordered a beautiful bouquet (from pictures online) for my mother in law and she received the complete opposite. I cant figure out how to show photos on here but it was so bad. I asked for a refund and had received no response. I am very disappointed. Do not use this company it is a complete waste of time and money.

We ordered flowers be delivered to our daughter for her birthday. Not only were they a poor attempt at putting some flowers in a vase, they bore absolutely NO resemblance to the arrangement we ordered. After completely botching the order this company double charged our bank account! The amount of one charge is more than the delivery was worth. My boyfriend ordered 2 dozen roses for by birthday through Teleflora who sourced delivery through Foothills Floral Gallery. Horrible experience through Teleflora (will never use them again) However, I called and spoke to Stacy (the manager at Foothills Floral Gallery) who was very kind. She turned this experience into a huge positive. My birthday wasn’t the best day and she definitely made up for it, the flowers delivered were STUNNING! I will be using them directly in the future and am very appreciative they went out of their way to make it right. Thank you.

Avoid!!! I called with a somewhat flower emergency. COVID delayed our flower delivery for our small backyard wedding and I needed to get a few white roses or any white flower for out homemade bridal bouquet. She placed me on hold and came back and said they were too busy right now with other callers and they didn't have any white flowers.

I called and spoke to Freddy a week before my wedding reception. I asked for 10 sunflowers and the price was under their delivery minimum so Freddy suggested they add a little something to each flower which would cover the $10 I was short and make them more presentable. I'm so glad she did. They looked beautiful as we handed them out to our family during our entrance! They were delivered on time as promised and my special request that they be "hidden" so no one would see them and guess what we were up to was honored. Very efficient, helpful service and beautiful flowers, what more could you want

The worst customer experience I ever had. Apparently the owner was the one answering the phone and she said i was the one that sold the flowers. Not in a friendly tone. Long story short they were old and dry. Two days after flowers were gone. I called in to provide feedback and make sure this won’t happen to other customers and I was treated not in a good way. Definitely not the type of service I was expecting from a place like this.

Fantastic service and amazingly beautiful flower arrangement. I placed my order approximately one hour before the store closed. They got my mom's birthday flowers to her same day and without any delays. On top of everything the arrangement was "breathtakingly beautiful " per my mom. So thank you so much for going the extra mile. You guys are the best!
