Ive shopped and bought here numerous times, as have other members of my family. Making a major jewelry purchase can be nerve wracking, but not here. Ive shopped elsewhere but never got treated as well as I have at Park Place. We purchased my engagement ring and wedding band from Toni, and she has been very helpful with keeping them in tip-top shape, even years later. We live in California, and I mailed my ring back to her recently for a free repair when I lost a small diamond. It was returned less than two weeks later, as good as new. They stand behind their beautiful vintage pieces, and you should feel confident about shopping with them.

Park Place Jewelers has lovely pieces, but one would be wise to do their homework before making a purchase here. We purchased a very expensive diamond ring from Park Place that came with all the proper paperwork. We were assured that it was a great deal. It was only after we attempted to authenticate the certification on our own that we discovered that it was not authentic.
To Park Place’s credit, we were given a full refund after the situation was brought to their attention and they did their research and came to the same conclusion as we did.
