Originally visited while in town for wife because they were a Tacori dealer. Had them perform some repairs for some jewlery and went back to buy a diamond pendant that we chose today. The experience was top notch, no nonsense and no pressure sale. Pricing was extremely reasonable and was better then I expected for the product they delivered. Highly recommend! Amazing customer service and very knowledgeable. Warm and friendly shopping environment. They have unique and beautiful jewelry. They will work with you until you find just what your looking for. Also, they change watch batteries and repair jewelry. I brought all my broken earrings in and they did a great job making them like new again. They always offer to clean my rings for me too! Whenever I need a gift they never disappoint!

This jewelers was amazing. Ryan helped me find and select the perfect engagement ring that was exactly in line with what I wanted. The entire process was easy and seamless. The BEST jeweler in the business!! Stumbled on this place and I'm so happy I did! Family owned jewelery store who are all laid back and extremely knowledgeable. No pressure sales! I was looking for an engagement ring, they let me and my now fiancée try on and look at a lot of rings until she found one. Because of the service and quality rings, we… also bought both of our wedding bands from them. They were able to customize her band to fit around her engagement ring! They have welcomed us in every time we are in the area and clean my fiancée ring every time which she loves!

Excellent custom engraving; world-class service! I was gifted this precious chalice and paten from long time family friend, Rev. Inverso, when he discovered that I was studying for the Roman Catholic priesthood. The chalice was specially made by Adrian Hamers in Larchmont, NY as a modified version of their Edwardian chalice with an Amethyst node. The Amethyst had to be carefully selected so that it would not crack under the pressure of assembly. Rev. Inverso had himself received the chalice and paten as a gift with the provision that he would one day pass it on to a brother priest upon his ordination

My husband brought my BRAND NEW Citizen Eco Drive watch in to be engraved (it was my wedding present). While on our honeymoon I realized it was engraved on the plastic that protects the back of the watch. He called them let them know that watch wasn't really engraved they laughed and said bring it back. Our mistake was giving them the chance to make it right because this time they scratched the whole watch up! The engraving wasn't straight and you could hardly see what it said because the backing was so incredible scratched up. The bracelet of the watch was also scratched up, it was like

If I could give -5 stars, I would. Worst Jewlers I have ever been to. Took my BRAND NEW $400 citizen watch for my wife to get engraved for my wedding. They first engraved on the plastic backing, yes the plastic backing! Took it back to have them engrave where they should have and got the watch back totally scratched and engraving is slanted. The whole watch is cosmetically ruined. The owner of the store wouldn't fess up to doing it and kept going in circles. He pretty much said he didn't want to say it was their fault. Reluctantly refunded money. DO NOT GO HERE!! They run a bad business and will

OMG! I got the most unique engagement ring there. They are also making me a custom wedding ring. They let me come in and have my ring cleaned for free whenever I am in the area. They are phenomenal to work with! I felt absolutely no pressure and felt like I was getting the absolute best service ever!
