I moved to New Hope 2 years ago and I visited Diana Michaels shop on a whim, the stunning jewelry drug me into the shop. As I was in the process of buying a new home in the area, I had no extra money for jewelry at the time, but Diana still took her time to show me several pieces, even some of her own favorites, that would look good on Princess Diana! It is seldom that I have felt so welcome at an establishment, and as a result I took some of my own pieces in for some repair work and appraisal. My husband and I were visiting New Hope and we were drawn into Diana Michaels by the beautiful storefront and window displays. We had been looking at Yellow diamond rings in the past and I fell in love with a gorgeous 3 carat fancy yellow GIA certified stone in a beautiful setting. The salespeople there were great and answered all of our questions. I had thought at the time that it was a reasonable price but when I returned home to CA and did some comparisons, I found that I actually did get a great deal!! I love my ring and highly recommend Diana Michaels and the crew there.

Diana MIchaels and her staff are delightful! Full of knowledge, wonderful and attentive! The creative designs and ability to help you understand what you are buying sets the bar very high for every other retailer! My husband and I had my engagement ring re-done after 15 years with Diana's expertise. He then purchased a stunning 20 year diamond ring for me and we continue to visit to see her new designs. I have recommended many friends who are all so happy with what they have bought. Amazing job Diana and team!

The jewelry here is absolutely gorgeous! it is unique and beautifully crafted. I had a custom diamond slice ring made here & I love it. compliments right and left on it. when a diamond got damaged & came out, the staff made getting the free repairs easy. they paid insured shipping both ways as I was an hour away. I had my ring back in days. this is by far my favorite jewelry store and I would get any custom work I ever needed done here. my only complaint is the prices are a bit high (hence 4 not 5 stars). I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for something beautiful

Albeit expensive, this store knows fine jewelry. They pride themselves on the craftsmanship and unique characteristics of their merchandise. Furthermore, the sales rep that helped us, Greg, offered practical advise on the 4 C's of diamonds. Things that I haven't considered before (i.e. "You are buying with your heart, not based on the stats of a diamond."). It was almost like talking with a good friend- low pressure, funny, honest.
