Turn Key Home Inspection was established in 2001 by husband and wife team Mark and Marion Berner. It was started with the mission of educating and protecting home buyers in the Coachella Valley and Morongo Basin area. That mission continues to be a driving force today. Mark and Marion are both graduates of Allied Schools of California and have performed inspections together since 2001.

We used Turn Key Home Inspection for our pre-listing inspection. The process was seamless and the communication before, during, and after was amazing!
