Hired this attorney to represent me with my child custody case, he told me everything he was going to do which turned out to be bogus. Went to court for me one time after collecting my retainer fee. Tried numerous times to speak with him to only have my call go unreturned. I had to file everything on my own. Could never give me any direction when I actually did get to speak with him. If you have 3k to waste then I would recommend him. Total waste of time and money, and yes I will be contacting Tulare County Bar Association for fee arbitration.

Filed a chapter 13 and was making payments until Scott Lyons advised us to quit making the payments and refile with a chapter 7 when it was discharged. We did as told and then found out he should have just went back to court and and we shouldn’t have stopped paying. Also found out we don’t qualify for a chapter 7. As our attorney he should have know that. They quit returning phone calls and was impossible to get a hold of unless I showed up unannounced. Long story short, the screwed us.

We hired them because of the reviews. The staff and attorney seemed to be great at firsts. A month into the case we started to get ignored with calls and emails. I brought to their attention my suspicions of one of their office staff violating confidentiality laws and having unprofessional communication with the opposing party. 3 days later the employee “quit”. They even asked for more money knowing they had filed to withdraw from the case with the excuse we missed an appointment with the attorney, which I notified prior to the missed appointment it was due to medical reasons.
