Being arrested and charged with a crime is extremely traumatic. The idea of going to jail is something no one should have to face alone. That is where I can help you. I have over 20 years experience in criminal law and have consistently and repeatedly gotten results for the clients I represent. Aside from my success, however, I have developed close relationships with those I represent including their family members.

I know this is a difficult time for everyone involved and I am never too busy to take phone calls or visit with my clients and their family to explain what is happening. My commitment to you is to treat you as I would a close friend. Since I am 100% committed to you and your defense, I limit my practice to criminal defense only.

The U.S. Constitution provides that you are entitled representation by an attorney if the state is trying to deprive you of your liberty. This means that a court may be required to appoint a lawyer to represent you for free - or for a fee you can afford - if the crime you are charged with carries a jail sentence.
People have various experiences with law enforcement, some of which are not always fair or legal. This guide provides you practical information that could help you avoid more trouble or potentially harmful situations. The words in bold below are "magic words" that you can repeat over and over to show you know the law.
This rule especially applies to charges of a sexual nature. They can make you the biggest target for rape and brutality. Other inmates can also use information you might divulge to make deals to serve less time, and get you into further trouble. Always walk, facing forward. A stare that lasts just a little too long on the wrong inmate may be all it takes to become the target of violence.
1. Usually, the police cite or arrest someone and write a report. This report summarizes the events leading up to the arrest or citation and provides witnesses' names and other relevant information. Defendants generally do NOT have a right to get a copy of the arrest report, but their lawyers do. The reason for this is to protect the identity of witnesses.

Sara is a SMART lawyer, very experienced and KNOWS HER STUFF! She helped my son to fight a false identity case. How dare law enforcement to think they can try to process a false identity case and think they can get away with it. If it was not for Sara, and her expertise who knows what could of happened. To all the parents out there, don’t ever be afraid to contact a lawyer.. “ No Matter What” and if You want the Best of the Best contact Sara!! She will give you 125% on your case and won’t stop till right.
Thank you Sara for helping my son!!

I couldn’t ask for a better lawyer then Sara, I hired her to fight my sons case and every time we went to court she was ready to battle. She was a woman of her word and she did what she said she was going to do. We came out with the victory and the case was dismissed. If I ever had to hire a lawyer again or refer one, she would be one. Thank you once again Sara for everything you did.

Sara is an incredible attorney. She really helped a family member in his time of need. She was so patient as she walked family members through the criminal law process. Even took our phone calls during the weekend. I couldn't recommend her any higher.
