Services
You must have satisfactory credit, income, and a valid Certificate of Eligibility (COE) for a VA-guaranteed home loan. The home cannot be used as an investment property, it must be a personal home. The requirements vary so the best way to know if you would be eligible for a VA loan would be to check the VA website.
USDA provides loan guarantees depending on a number of factors. First is the location of the home you would like to purchase. You may want to use the map feature link provided to verify the location is in the approved area. If not please double check before giving up as approved locations can change and may not be updated on the map.
