I moved into a nice house except the carpet had some damage. I reported the carpet at move-in check-in time. I lived there for several years. Always paid rent on time. I was a great tenant. When it came time to leave, I posted appropriate notice. Paramount proceeded to keep all my deposit and charged me for new carpet even though the carpet was bad before I moved in. I disputed the carpet charge within 30 days. Instead of Paramount acknowledging my dispute, they sent the carpet charge to collections and collections put it on my credit report. Beware when dealing with Heather or Keri. I have been a tenant for 8 years and have never had to deal with such unprofessional service. False information, literal lies to save their error even with proof on my end. It was an obnoxious debate rather than a resolution. Extremely dissatisfied with these two and this company now. Very unprofessional.
*I was never given the notices. Please look over emails and discussion if you need to understand how this was handled very unprofessionally. I even find this discussion on here unprofessional.

My family was in need of finding a rental, so we began our search. Reached out to Paramount and was in touch with both Keri and Heather. Paramount has been managing property for me for 9 years. They have always been honest, reliable, doing a great job. Before I found them, I had nightmare experiences with several other management companies. Those had in house repair staff that they kept insisting on using and charged me so much that hardly any rental income was left for me. Since Paramount took over, I get almost all my rental income, which pretty much covers my mortgage. I am extremely happy with Paramount and recommend them wholeheartedly.

We have rented the same home for almost six years now. Paramount Management has had the property the entire time. I have nothing but good things to say about Paramount. If we have a maintenance issue it is dealt with very timely and the vendors are always experienced and easy to work with. The tenant portal on their website is user friendly and makes paying the rent or adding a maintenance issue as easy as possible. When we do decide to buy Paramount also has programs to help us with that as well. We would highly recommend Paramount Management & Realty if you are looking for property management

I have worked in Property Management for over 16 years in many different areas and several different Property Management Companies. I have also rented from Property Management Companies. However, out of my years either working directly, contracting or renting from a property management companies I have never seen such outstanding ran property management company like this one. I have spoken with tenants during repairs or visits just to be amazed on how long they have enjoyed occupying the property and how the management team treated them with respect. Personally, I love Keri and Paramount Management & Realty. Keri definitely has the owner's back. She's understanding and has been in property management for 30+ years. She has seen everything.
I purchased a 30 unit Complex In Tempe last year and since I live out of state, I was skeptical when choosing property management companies.
The biggest thing with Paramount Management & Realty, they hold every party accountable. They're always easy to get a hold of, transparent, their price is great, and I can honestly say I sleep easier at night. I was going to try and self manage, but that's a nightmare

My exprience dealing with Paramount and it's management have been an absolute nightmare to say the least.
I initially signed a lease for my unit with Avant Garde management company. 5 day's after moving in the bathroom flooded the kitchen and both bedrooms, after contacting Avant Garde I was notified by them that they were no longer my management company and that the new company would be in contact. Meanwhile work halts and carpets mold, ect. Paramount didn't contact me for several days and water soaked the floorboards and carpet for several days. When someone was finally dispatched, they only

Now I'll be the first to admit, my relationship with Paramount hasn't been the best but I can also give credit when credit is due. My roof started leaking because of the rain and Paramount jumped rt on it. They responded to my work order promptly and I truly appreciate them for that. Overall there not a bad company to do business with. Their houses are update, clean, pest free! And they respond to work orders quickly and even come out on the weekends.
