I have submitted a worker order for the lifted carpet twice now and nothing has been done...I have already tripped over it and indicated it is negligence to not fixi it...nothing
I needed an extender for my fan in the bedroom...cheaply done...with kite string
Locked myself out so they said i could pick up a spare key...paid $66 for Lyft ride to the office and guess what - right envelope...wrong key so I had to still pay for a locksmith!
I could keep adding but I know nothing will be done like when I needed the correct air filters and didnt get them for 2.5 months even though I get charged for

I called the office after receiving the keys to let them know the house was a MESS! There was dog hair everywhere, the carpets and tile were NASTY and the walls were filthy. It took days before someone got back to me asking if I wanted them to have someone go clean, by this time I had to be out of my other place and I paid my own carpet guy to clean the tile and carpet. They told me to submit my receipt when I moved out, which I did. I also paid to have someone come clean the house, empty the trash and put it in BETTER condition than when I moved in. Just got my deposit check back today… less

Do not work with this management company, you will regret it. unresponsive, lack of communication, unprofessional. Their "expert" realtor" suggested we rent well below market value, we ended up renting the property for $250 over her suggested rental fee. no communication once we agreed to a renter as to whether the renters signed the contract or when they were planning to move in. only provided 1 quote for new ac system, reluctantly gave a 2nd one, which was even higher, no responses when we went with out own vendor. nothing but headaches, stay away

I have rented 2 places with this company. They never respond to emails or calls, they don’t fix anything on time, their response time for emergency maintenance issues is a joke and they have the rudest staff! I have been trying to get Katie to return emails for the life of me and she never does! I don’t see how she still has a job! I’ve read other complaints in here and they’ve even mention how she doesn’t respond! Guess this company really doesn’t care! I feel bad for any homeowner using this company and didn’t do their homework cuz you’re gonna have a lot of turn over for your

Unprofessional, not responsive and irresponsible.
Applied for a property 3 weeks ago, no updates until I called, only to figure out that I need supporting documents submitted (which was not directed anywhere in the website or by email). At the time of the call, they responded that I will get an update in 2-3 days. No response after a week. No one was able to inform me about this submitted application even after calling them and leaving voicemail multiple times. Ridiculous for paying $105 and not getting anything done for 3 weeks.
I liked the property itself but with this kind of communication

We have used few other rental property management companies and I find that Real Property Magt did the best job so far. They are prompt, very thorough and very commutative with all aspects of the rental service. We especially thought Teresa Day from the Leasing Dept did a great job for us. We don’t live near live out rentals, so having detail information communicated to us helped us much.
