I have enjoyed the active healthy lifestyle for most of my adult life. Prior to age 13, I was "forced" to eat healthy. Seriously, my mom gave me shakes in the morning with orange juice, wheat germ and egg whites, plus a hand full of vitamins. Do you know what's it's like to burp garlic or fish oil in class in the 3rd grade?
I'll respond with an e-mail and the questionnaire attached. Simply fill out the questionnaire and hit submit. I will look at your picture, review your goals and design a workout and diet for you based on your current conditioning and medical history. Our top priority is getting you to your goals the healthy way, no over-training or low-calorie nutrient depleted diet.
First and foremost, we need to fuel our bodies with the correct foods in order for our internal systems to work properly. Eating the right foods at the right time and in the best combination will help your body process the nutrients easier, giving you the most benefits from what you eat. Secondly, training programs are rarely one-size-fits-all.
Weight loss coaching is for anyone who wants to lose weight the healthy way and keep it off for good. By combining science, your body, and your own personal reality, I teach you how to live and manage a healthier, fit lifestyle. Let's face it, no two bodies are the same and there is no cookie cutter way to approach weight loss correctly, which is why some people struggle with out of the box weight-loss programs.
I help you recognize the triggers that cause you to binge on ice cream, chips, and other "comfort foods". I show you how those extra calories you consume on a binge are causing your unwanted weight gain and ultimately sending you into a spiral of discomfort and possibly depression.

If you are overeating due to a current stress in your life, not only are you consuming too many calories from the wrong kinds of foods but in many cases, stress will keep your body from letting go of fat.This is due to a hormone called cortisol, which is also known as the "stress hormone". Cortisol influences the changes in our body during times of stress.

I am very happy with the tools and resources that the Warrior Teams, specifically Chris Rogers, has provided for me to be successful in my weight loss journey. I am only a few weeks in and have already noticed a difference in my body. I am stronger have better endurance and have learned how to meal prep. I fit into clothes that I haven't been able to get into since my car accident. I am very happy with with Chris's response time to answering questions or dealing with my concerns.
