We couldn't be happier with the service we received from Comfort Flow Heating & AC. The service from the initial consultation with Kyle H. through installation, clean-up and follow-up were exemplary! Our Mitsubishi ductless unit was installed in a day by Jared H. & Axel P. They did an excellent job, were super polite and considerate of our property.
We also had extensive electrical work done by Mary-Marie S. & Jordan. From a new electric panel, new thermostats, radiator and electrical outlets they went above and beyond to get our work done and done well.

They installed a gas furnace and water heater 25 years ago. This equipment never had to be repaired in all that time! Because the equipment was way past its predicted lifespan, I had it replaced. Had them put in the same furnace and water heater plus a ductless heat pump (gonna be cooler next summer). Great people to have do the installation. Neat work, clean. friendly. David, Mike , and Lynn plus others were great! Good advice on what to install from Kyle.

We bought this house in 2005 and since then we have enjoyed the tremendous services of Comfort Flow Heating and Air-conditioning. They were there for us when our furnace failed. We got a new furnace yes expensive but boy what a difference really makes our home very very comfortable and is much easier to use than to adjust. When the motherboard failed a week after the warranty Comfort flow was there to extend our warranty and save us an extra $1,000. Everything has been fine since. I will ONLY use Comfort Flow!! Noah and Kaz went above and beyond while cleaning my ducting system. The previous owners really trashed the place so they had their work cut out for them, yet they didn't complain… and used multiple techniques to get all the crap out of the system. They really took pride in their work and communicated what was going on every step of the way. Much appreciated!

Comfort Flow always takes the best care of me. The latest was my AC. After the heat dome in June, I decided it was time to call Comfort Flow. The office scheduled me, staff came out. All done in the most professional and courteous way. Then the equipment arrived way earlier than expected and Jared, Fawn and Andrew installed the three units and heat pump. We had a heat pump/AC unit installed today. Jared, Fawn and Axel were fantastic! Not only were they prompt, professional and friendly, they went above and beyond the service call. As they were installing our unit, Fawn fixed a couple minor things she found; bubble cover for outdoor outlet replaced, and our dryer vent that needed to be repaired. … Jared and Axel were super as well! We had a heating and air conditioning system installed. Adam and Gabe were the workers on the job, they were courteous, professional and worked on task. They were always respectful of us as we were in the home the whole time. They always cleaned up and did a great job given the very tight quarters for the installation and the temperature (very hot). We had a great experience with CFH! Everyone we spoke to was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. The date for installation even ended up being sooner than we thought. Actual installation did take some time (not exactly in and out), but it had to since they had to remove our old AC unit and then install a ductless HVAC system with 2 units, one in the master bedroom and one in the living room. Hired to so a yearly tune up. Next day my house was not cooling down and I called to tell them they told me that doesnt mean anything it could be a capacitor or a part that went bad. So they wanted me to pay another 130 to have them check it out. So I call my home warranty because it is only 60. They come out fix it in Minutes it was stuck on heat. It had been placed on heat! Everyone from the sweet lady that answers the phone to our wonderful, informative and very patient sales rep, Kyle, and the crew that did a complicated 4 day install, they were all above and beyond our expectations. Kyle was amazing and always available and patient with our never ending questions and concerns. Great follow through by the emergency service! The gas furnace in my rental unit stopped working on a Saturday evening. Comfort Flow called back right away and offered to come fix it immediately. The HVAC technician who diagnosed the problem was prompt, easy to work with and knowledgable. He also structured the charge so that I got the most amount of service for the lowest price available.
