If you asked me a few weeks ago after getting my ducts cleaned… my review would have been completely different.
Today they sent Johnny F. he listened to the same complaints and made me believe that they’re problem solvers. He was professional, very informative, friendly, helpful and all around nice human.
I ended up signing for maintenance even though we were not going to. Tomorrow I’ll be calling to request my house serviced by Johnny or bust. This way I know everything will be done right the first time.
Thank you Johnny, I feel better about spending all the money I did in the end.

Brandon came out to help us figure out what was wrong with our heat pump. He immediately found and fixed an unusual noise we were hearing. Because the system fan wouldn’t shut off nor would the whole system shut off he suggested we needed a new thermostat, which we got. Brandon was very polite, professional and informative. We were very impressed and happy with the service.

This company is unwilling to confirm if an assigned maintenance staff is vaccinated. Certainly when your indoors with seniors one would think safety would be a priority, and would accommodate with a vaccinated technician. The folks at home comfort were of no help in making this happen.This is from a long term customer with a multi year service contract.obviously little effort to assist a long term customer.

We have used Home Comfort for 5 years for ongoing maintenance. They always contact me ahead, are flexible, and the techs contact you prior to arrival. Recently during a very hot spell we have a problem without AC. I left a message after hours and received a return call prior to 8 am the following morning. Jason arrived in the afternoon, diagnosed the problem and had us up and running in about 20 minutes. He's got a great personality, works hard and represents his employer very well. I highly recommend others try Home Comfort. Thanks for all the years of great service and response!

These guys showed up right away and did a great job putting in a hot water heater for me. Would 100% use again. Kudos to Brandon, he was very professional. I used to use James, but couldn't even get a return call from them after being a loyal customer for a few years. Now I'm all about Home Comfort.

Our furnace quit and they got to us in 2 days, everybody else was at least a week out. John showed up, a very nice young man who figured out the problem and explained it to me in layman terms, gave me a cost estimate and ordered the parts and told me when to expect him back to install the new heating unit, he came on time and installed the unit, left no mess, double checked the unit made sure it was working and heating. We will definitely be using them next time.

November 6th, 7th, & 8th Home Comfort was in my home removing the old furnace and replacing it with an American Standard HVAC set up. Everyone from the System Designer Chris Lone, the Electrical Supervisor, Darrell Anthony, Install Supervisor, Ken Crabb, Technician Valente C., and Brandon R. and Service Technician, Johnny Guerra were all very… polite, thorough and hard working. They came out to give me a bid on installing some equipment. He said they were running around three weeks out and I said that was perfect, around Thanksgiving or the beginning of December. Then instead of getting a bid I got an email saying they were not going to bid the job for me, no reason, nothing. I called to see what was going on and nobody called me back. I am glad to have not gotten into a contract with this company.

We had water from our AC unit coming out of the ceiling and roof. In a panic my wife called and got ahold of Jeremy Steele. He freely offered advise over the phone just in case it was an easy fix that I was comfortable with. After I realized I was in over my head we called back and they sent Johnny who arrived promptly. We called close to closing time and while most places would immediately look for a way to charged after hours he didn't. He got right to it. Diagnosed the issue and moments later fixed it. Quick, painless, affordable and best of all it worked.

(I wish I could remember everyone's names!) were friendly, informative and professional, and there was little if no disruption to our household during the installation. Our air conditioner had been out for a couple of years and we decided that it was time to replace it before summer. Our furnace was still working but was 23 years old. We had multiple companies give us quotes. Chris from Home Comfort came out and quoted us on just the air conditioner and offered prices on a selection of furnaces if we decided to buy both. There was zero pressure to buy both and also zero pressure to buy the biggest and best of anything including the thermostat which we were fine having a lower end model of. In the end we decided to buy both the A/C and furnace. It was affordable

The initial bid with Chris was very thorough and informative. No sales pitch at all. Then Joey came out to measure and explained everything that would occur and how they consider the home owner's preferences. And today was installation with a team of professionals who were courteous and efficient. Jeremy made a service call 10 days ago, and still the parts have not arrived, and his comment, "your guess is as good as mine" seems to reflect the attitude of the people I have contacted at Home, not so much, Comfort, apathy! The reception person, twice told me that she would email me when she checked info, and each time she apologize for not getting back to me.
So my advise, try another local company.

After the brutal summer of 2014 we decided to have air conditioning installed. A friend recommended Home Comfort & for good reason. Jake came out to do the bid & was very knowledgeable & gave us options. After an inspection revealed some damage to our 20+ year old heating systems we decided to have it replaced in addition tothe air conditioning. We were able to use the existing duct system for heating & air & a heat pump was installed outside for the air conditioning. They worked quickly, just took a 1 1/2 days to have everything completed.
