From start to months after Molly has gone above and beyond. starting with driving a hour and 15 minutes for a showing to locking in a deal for us all within 48 hours and had beyond expected communication the whole time. super positive attitude that made the whole experience over the top. I'm not happy with using this company. From lack of communication on inspections to trying to get me to sign an agreement to close before a specific date to sneak in me paying taxes the day of closing. This is not a buyers agent agency in my opinion. I was told the sellers wanted to close then dragged their feet over a week on well/septic only to find out the inspector went on vacation and didn't submit a report causing the delay. I received my closing statement an hour prior to close and it could have been I'm my hands a week prior. I never received codes and keys for all my doors and there's

Ethan Dozeman! 👎🏿 Horrible customer service, communication, tact, very unprofessional and took horrible photos of my home. We used the buyers realtor for advice more than we relied on him. The only reason we signed with him is because he gave us a check for $1,000 after closing and a discount on his commission on the sale of my house. Like the saying goes “You get what you pay for”!!! I should have paid him to get him off the sale of my property.

Rebecca was so amazing during our house hunt! She was patient and helped us narrow down what it was we were really looking for in a house. It was her suggestion for us to write a letter to the seller when we knew there were several offers in on what is now our house. When we later met the couple, they said it was the letter that made them choose us! So happy Rebecca and Realify properties helped us with our first home. We would definitely return to her when we are looking to expand and sell our own house.
