Services
Panko breaded fried cod, fresh pico de gallo, cabbage, our signature sweet n' spicy Madd sauce. Mexican pork, creamy French brie, pico de gallo. Grilled shrimp sauteed with white wine and chipotle sauce, pico de gallo, cabbage, Madd sauce. Seasoned steak with 9 different spices, topped with onions and cilantro.
Option 1: we show up with our amazing truck, and cook and serve up our fresh food for your guests/employees on the spot! Pricing listed serves as a general guideline, and varies based on seasonal demand, distance of venue, yearly price adjustments, late service hours etc. Baja Fish Tacos are a customer favorite.
As you trek through the journey of hiring the best food truck for your upcoming special event, you may have some questions you need answered. We're here to help! How long does it take to serve everyone? For parties of 100 or less, it'll take us about 1 hour to serve everyone if they all show up at once.
Please note, we are unfortunately no longer fielding inquiries for public events/festivals where guests pay for themselves. The only exception is if you are willing to provide a $1200 sales minimum guarantee (i.e. if we only sell $1000, your fee would be $200). If we are available to serve you guys, we will provide you with a full menu and proposal**.
