We just dropped our little one from this place yesterday. We were charged for the entire month, however the child attended only a week. The school refused to return us for the weeks that the child will not attend. For the entire week the child was so stressed, each time we came to pick her up, we would find the baby standing by the door and crying ,and it looked like nobody cared about it. In one week there were 2 covid cases among staff and children. I mentioned the front office that we are concerned abouts this, so they said they cannot refund anything back. I would not recommend this place ,

Terrible, the teachers are good but the front office women are the WORST! They don’t care about you or your kids. Anytime I had a question or concern, they didn’t respond timely and had an attitude about it. I feel like my kids getting bit almost every day is something I am allowed to raise a concern over but they just ultimately wrote me off. The front women would then not even say hello or goodbye after I would ask a question or concern. They just black mark you and suggested multiple times we could leave, instead of caring or trying to resolve the issues. At one point Ann was rude to my

Absolutely love Vanguard. Everyone we ask tells us that their kids are well ahead of their peers when they reach Kindergarten. We are seeing those results in our own daughter.

We love this place. My son has cystic fibrosis and the entire staff has gone above and beyond to make sure he is well-cared for and stay healthy! We kept him home for the first two years (to avoid germs) and when he started at Vanguard, his language and development skyrocketed. We now have 2 kids there and we're thrilled with the development of both. Teachers and administrators know our names and treat us like family. Love what goes on in the classrooms (my 2 year old knows some Spanish) and the activities they have for families (donuts with dad was a lot of fun)! We've made a some great friends

I switched my daughter here in March & took her out at the end of May. This school is so expensive for nothing. They only learn for 2 hours out of the day. My daughter came home saying how her teachers continuously yelled at her. They were young girls that didn’t know much about what they were doing. They were always on their phones & never looked interested in the kids. My daughter was almost fully potty trained before she had came here and now we’re starting from square one again. Not to mention my daughters behavior has changed tremendously. There is no structure & way too many kids in one

My child loves her teachers and squeals in joy almost every morning when we walk to her classroom. I enjoy everything about Vanguard. Very pleasant and loving atmosphere.

Overall, the setup is good. We looked at the reviews and was somewhat concerned initially, but the daycare has improved on the administrative side since we have been there. The quality of the instruction is good and my children has shown improvements in reading, writing, and cognitive skills. Their motor skills also showed improvement. In my older child’s room, the use of the smart board along with the PC as well as the lesson plans will give my child a good base heading into kindergarten.

This place may look good but it is a nightmare. Understaffed & very stressed out staff due to lack of help or support from owner / director. Toys & books are very sparse & broken. Classrooms are not properly supplied. Teachers are told to buy supplies needed & will be reimbursed ( rarely). Not all lead teachers have a degree. No music, language arts, math, science, or multi cultural activities. Severe turnover. Teachers are degraded & demoted by owner. Staff left alone all day with maximum state ratio allowed children. Chronic biters allowed to bite other children. Owner refuses to sign accident

Vanguard was an amazing experience for my child who attended full-time for two academic years. Ann somehow maintained well-below state mandated ratios for the rooms my daughter was in. There was rarely a time that I picked her up in the afternoon and didn't see 2-3 teachers in her class of 8-12 kids. She also had the same lead teacher for a continuous year which provided stability for her and peace of mind for me. My situation has changed and I no longer need daycare but my 2.5 year old still becomes excited as we walk or drive by the building. I highly recommend Vanguard.

I would never recommend this school to anyone. My husband worked there as a music teacher for a few months and the way that their faculty is treated is disgusting. Ann Revell is in charge of the school and she originally had asked my husband to start a music program for the kindergarden class. He came once a week for 3 or 4 months to help integrate music into their classroom. The kids loved it and really thrived from having music but Ann refused to pay my husband for the classes he had taught so he had to quit teaching. It broke his heart to leave those kids in the middle of the year but after
