In today’s extremely stressful housing market, I don’t think folks understand the poor and unfair practices taking place in the rental industry. Tallahassee property management has never been good but since Covid it’s taken a downhill slide into pushing folks into homelessness.
I spent three months fighting with these immoral companies and their ridiculous rules until I found H2. Not only were they patient and kind, they have been helpful and sincere and willing to offer suggestions suitable for my family. They are considerate and fair. They actually care. I recommend using H2 property management services to anyone looking to rent in the Tallahassee area! They have plenty of properties all over town and work very professionally to help you find a place to rent. They strive to make the renting process flow as smoothly as possible. If I could give a lower rating, I would. My mom and I have been trying to move for a few months. We decided To schedule showings and we got at least 4 canceled before we were able to see the house. We ended up LOVING the house just for them to tell us we have to wait longer for other applicants to apply. And they will NEVER respond. Very unprofessional.

My experience with the company as a whole has been great! They are timely and professional which has been tough for me to find in a property manager over the years.
My experience working with my H2 Property Manager Forrest, however, has been spectacular! He inherited a tremendous mess created by my previous property manager and made my problems his problem. He resolved everything and in a timely manner. He kept a cool head dealing with an extremely frustrating situation that became increasingly more complicated as issues were uncovered. I couldn't be happier with his work ethic. On top of that

Our lease was turned over to this company after our previous property managers went to pure sales. Since then, we have had maintenance requests that have gone unanswered, costing us money every month in utilities. They do no call back, they do not email back, and their secretaries sadly have to be the go between for the tenants and unresponsive administration.

H2 property is one of the most unorganized leasing companies I have worked with. The property I am currently renting was with Core Property Management before they switched our property mid lease to H2; H2 has been very slow to resolve problems and very difficult to contact at times. Save your self some trouble and go rent with Core Property rather than H2.
