I lived off of Park Ave for a year in a property managed by Sealey Management. They were always responsive and professional. There was an incident with a neighbor and management sought resolution on all sides and were very understanding and listened to what everyone had to say. They were always prompt to respond to maintenance requests. My roommate and I had nothing but great experiences with them!

During pandemic there were a lot of supply chain issues trying to get our HVAC fix and it was a nightmare but someone was always in contact with updates and even drove out to deliver a couple portal units until we could get fixed. Just appreciated that they cared.

I just moved into one of their property that stated “Move in Ready” upon my move in nothing was clean or repaired I had no blinds, broken blinds, filthy carpet and much more. They didn’t send anyone out until after two months of me staying there and when they did they didn’t even want to repair everything I put on the move in check list. I highly don’t not recommend this place they are extremely slow on maintenance and do not answer the phone only communicate through emails which is not effective.

Brain and Brandi are honest, good, hard working people who run Sealey Team Property Management. They juggle working with landlords, tenants, and vendors generally when something is not going well. They handle things very professionally and work to have a positive outcome for all parties involved in usually difficult situations. I would highly recommend them as a property management company or renting/ buying one of their properties.

I lived in one of the properties they managed for a year. They always responded promptly to service requests and were very accommodating with arranging a long-distance viewing when we moved from out of state. I am impressed with how they handled the COVID-19 crisis and responded fairly to needs surrounding that. Very convenient online tenant portal for payment, service requests, documents, etc. Plus, when the office is open, they always have their dog with them, which made our day every time. Our unit was no-frills but functional and they didn't try to present it as anything it wasn't.

I have lived with Sealey Team Management for almost two years. I have no idea why they would ever receive bad reviews. They are so quick when it comes to maintenance requests, they keep up on the property, communicate clearly, keep everyone informed, and have professional and hard working staff. I have lived other places and Sealey Team Management is simply the best. I would have happily stay with them for years to come!
