After living in my home for several months I’ve found the inspector missed a large number of issues that have cost me a lot of money.
Broken dishwasher ($500), broken washing machine ($600) broken dryer ($600), no dryer vent (huge safety risk and $450 fix), wired smoke detectors placed too close to oven range, electrical issue with bathroom light switch, didn’t mention there was a sprinkler system that needed to be winterized (frozen now).

Nick arrived and inspected the property at the date and time we agreed to. When we arrived two hours later, he gave a detailed verbal report of his findings. This was followed up with an electronic report with photos and videos of the problematic areas. Each finding was classified by its seriousness and the type of follow up required.

It doesn’t matter if your new home is new to you or new to this planet you need to get it inspected by Inspections Over Coffee. They caught drastic issues that would have been disastrous for me in my brand new home build. Gas leaks, drainage areas not draining, etc. Do yourself the favor of spending money on peace of mind vs a multiple amount more in the future over headaches!
Nick was professional and did all of the due diligence one would expect from a reputable company such as this. Due to the house not being ready on time he had to make two trips out and was nice enough to recheck some items

Molly was able to do an inspection when we needed her to for the purchase of a home. She was very thorough, friendly and professional. We got our results almost immediately, coded as to very important down to what you might consider repairing/changing. That was impressive to me. I would recommend this company for anyone needing to get a home inspection.
