We had 2 inspections done - one by Mike and one by Gene, both were wonderful. Really personable guys who know their stuff. Both shot us straight and made us feel comfortable and like we had all the ammo to make the best decision for our family. I really appreciate the time and thoroughness they both took on our inspections. I’d 100000% recommend this company to anyone who needs a home inspection. Very good and professional service. Our inspector Gene was on time and very professional. He took extra steps to keep the place clean and safe. The inspection report came the same day and was very detailed with pictures of all defects. My real estate agent commented that he went above and beyond the normal house inspection. I gained a lot more confidence in my home purchase. Would highly recommend to anyone in need of a home inspection!

I called Mike on a Thursday for an inspection on a new purchase. He responded immediately and confirmed our appointment for that Sunday. He showed up early, did a very thorough inspection and stuck around to do a final walk through the house pointing out anything he noticed during the inspection. Reports were issued quickly and were accurate and thorough. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this team, will be reaching out to them for future needs!

We shopped around and ultimately decided to go with Live Safe Home Inspections because Mike was responsive, kind and professional and gave us the impression he would live up to his solid reputation we read about. Gene ended up doing our home inspection and did an efficient and thorough job. The reports these guys put together cover everything in detail and don't miss a thing. Mike Mendoza of Live Safe Home Inspections did an excellent job of inspecting a house that my wife, toddler son, and I plan to make our "forever home". I followed Mike around for nearly four hours through a 3,000 sqft, 4 bed/3 bath residence, peppering him with questions about each and every detail that he was documenting. He gave me truthful answers, providing a confidence level for each assessment, such as when I need to consult an expert (sewer line, for example) for further information versus when he was certain that something was an safety hazard or not. My experience with Live Safe Inspections was smooth! I coordinated with Mike for the initial scheduling and he was very accommodating towards my specific needs. Gene performed the inspection professionally and thoroughly. I always feel that I'm getting a good service when the person clearly enjoys their job. I could tell Gene takes pride in his work.
