My husband made an appointment for a tow and waited three hours for them to no show. He reached out several times to inquire where they were and they deliberately lied and said the tow guy was on the way and he was not. The tow guy driving the truck told my husband he was pulling up to the address and was no where to be found. I called the office once to find out how far away they were and the man was very rude and unprofessional and hung up on me. At any point they could've said they were too busy or rescheduled but what really bothers me is that they lied multiple times and were rude about it

They were on time and patient with us when we requested a tow and the driver was very nice but the manager was a nightmare. We tried getting our car towed to a certain location and the manager tried to double the fee! Over an address mix up. After explaining the situation, the manager was extremely unprofessional and rude. The driver was great, but the manager was terrible.

0 stars! Okay, I was 5 minutes from their location and I called them. They make me to wait for 1 hour and 30 minutes! . Then they didn't even tell me how much was for 20 miles and they make me to pay $507 on cash!. Overall; they next day a lady call me and ask me how was the service!. I told the lady bad!! She said; we are going to refund you money back and thank you. She never call me back or redound me money back. For a emergency call another towing not this. This is SSHhht.. thanks

I called Silverline to pick up some equipment from our building, and our building is right down the street from them. When you call in, they answer "service", not even Silverline. Its pretty clear that they are just a clearing house for requests from customers and calling independent tow companies. In other words they have no control over the drivers. I was told they would be on site at 9 am, at 9:30 I called to find out why they were late. "he'll be there in 20 minutes", Ok, I waited longer, at 10:00 I called again "he's right around the corner, will be there in a couple minutes" 10:20 I called

The funniest part of this complaint is because the tow truck had not arrived after an hour I tried the starter again and the battery must have recovered a little bit and my car started. They saved me the towing fee and I was able to return home. The battery was recharged during the drive so my car was back to normal.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever encounter. Wanted my motorcycle towed due to me being in an accident and just had surgery, so I physically couldn't be there, but had a friend take care of everything. I called and gave them my card information thinking they could charge by phone like a billion other places. So the driver calls me and said we have to swipe your card. I called Silverline Towing on a Sunday afternoon needing a motorcycle+car tow with vague directions of where I was located (I did not know the area, at all) and even more vague instructions of where we'll go. He showed up nearly right away, moved the bike for me (it had no power and was too heavy for me in the position it was in). I'd never had to tow a bike before and was a bit nervous.
