Went through GEICO insurance, and Alex was dispatched to help this morning. Thank you! Be patient and ask for the tow truck's direct contact to get ETA to help you be more understanding of what they have on their plate as you're waiting for their service!
If you're car is getting towed because you've got a flat tire, you should shop around as you're waiting to replace or repair your tire or read a book.
Things happen for a reason, thats how life is. Just being grateful to be safe.

I actually haven't ever written a review on Yelp but wanted to shout out the people from ZMLA Towing. My tire blew out on the 880 last night and they were able to get to it in under an hour and tow it to a tire shop in under an hour! And reasonably priced. Sucks to have to tow anything in these circumstances but they made it a little more bearable! Would recommend

Forget Triple A, use ZMLA! We had a great experience with ZMLA! Beside the affordable charge, they had great customer service. Confirmation and updates via text. I cannot say enough good things about this company and Alex! Our tow driver was knowledgeable and cared about the car and us. I will use them again and again! Thank you ZMLA #ZMLAsavestheday!

ZMLA Towing is the best! My insurance company failed to tell them that my car had no tires (lol, I mean that was the main problem). The thing was I made sure to tell my insurance company multiple times this since the first time I called my insurance company they said in CA in order to tow you need 2 tires. I didn't know that prior.

Great service for a great price! My battery died while I was out of the country and was having a difficult time opening the hood supposedly so I could jump it myself. I asked my mechanic to stop by and after many failed attempts at opening the hood, he advised me to get my car towed to his shop which is only about 5mins away from my house so he can work on it properly. ZMLA responded quickly to my inquiry, arrived at my house half an hour earlier than expected, and gave me a great deal considering how challenging it was to get my car on to the tow truck. Definitely recommend!

DO NOT PURCHASE THE $95 YELP COUPON BECAUSE THE OWNER WILL NOT HONOR IT.
I requested a quote via yelp and was quoted $125. When I asked about the $95 deal he said it's ONLY for Newark customers. I read through all of the term and conditions and NOT ONCE does it mention this. I really didn't feel like arguing with anyone over $30 so I just let it go.
The driver that moved my car was rude, seemed moody and tried to pull my wrecked vehicle from the wrecked bumper and ended up pulling it off even more. His response to me was "Don't worry about it, you have to change this bumper

My car broke down and had to get it towed in the middle of the night. I was looking at different emergency towing but their response was really slow until I met this ZMLA towing. I called them and they answered in less than 5 min. They arrive pretty fast and the customer service is very good. I give a big shoutout to Alex for the rescue. This is the fastest towing service I've ever have and affordable. I highly recommend them for emergency towing for sure

I called for a tow at 8:30pm and Alex was there to help me promptly at 9! He had no problem getting my car from the east bay to the peninsula, where I live and was very friendly in every interaction, especially since it was at an inconvenient hour. He was very professional the whole time and the price was reasonable for the distance he drove. I wouldn't hesitate to call him again the next time I need my car towed!

Alex, what can I say but ty ty so much for helping me transport my car from my house to Dublin. U r a lifesaver. Took the best and most careful care of loading my car up on the trailer. We had problems with our Honda Civic. So we needed a tow. We called he helped us a lot with basic trouble shooting before he got us a tow. So we did all the trouble shooting and we where able to get back on the road. Great guy and he texted us to make sure we made it to our destination okay. Who still does that not that many people have great customer service. 5 stars.
