A+++!!! HIGHLY recommend! Awesome place, Awesome price, AWESOME host! This place was amazing! More like a one bedroom apartment, than a hotel room. Impecably clean with nice furnishings, and cute rustic decor. The attention to detail was amazing. Stocked with a full size kitchen, fridge, oven, two flat screen TV's, and everything you need! So cozy and very private. There we're even deer roaming around outside. Carrie is amazing! We booked online and she was waiting for us when we arrived. She greeted us by name and was so kind to bring us a card after learning we had just lost a loved one. She

Blown away by the level of detail and thought these people have put into the rooms here. We had a king suite with a kitchen (stocked with everything we needed in terms of cookware) and a living room. Everything was clean and cozy, and they even stocked us up with organic coffee, tea and beauty products for the bathroom. 10/10 highly recommend

We had a brief mix-up with the location of the River House when we first came to check-in, but ultimately everything worked out. The house was great for our group and the amenities were fantastic - we had everything we needed, were able to cook dinner for a large group there, and the house was beautiful. Definitely recommended.

My wife and I had a fantastic stay here. There was only one woman working, but she was friendly and kind and made us feel at ease while showing us to our room. Our room was well decorated and struck a great balance between feeling homey and not feeling “lived in”. Decor was rustic and it felt like staying in a cabin, but the sheets and bathroom felt as clean and fresh as any franchise hotel. Water pressure was great, and the room was fitted with two smart TVs so we could unwind with some shows after a long day at the park. Couldn’t recommend this place enough, and we will definitely be staying

My fiance and I stayed at the River House last week in the queen sized bed apartment with the washing machine and dryer. The apartment was a great location, about ten minutes outside of the center of the town of Gardiner, and probably 15 minutes from the entrance of Yellowstone. It was very spacious, very well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, laundry detergent, coffee, towels, etc. It was a major plus having access to a washing machine and dryer. We did have a couple minor issues while we stayed and I had reached out to the front desk manager once we returned home. He was very polite, and made

Finding lodging for a Yellowstone trip comes with challenges, especially if you aren't booking a year in advance. If you're lucky enough to see this one available, book it and don't look back.

We rented one of their 'cabin' rooms, and it was very well furnished and felt more like a small apartment than a hotel room. The closest approximation would be a more cabin themed 'Residence Inn' than anything else, and that's a good thing. The main bedroom had a king size bed, the other bedroom had a full size, and the two pull out couches were surprisingly comfortable. Most hide-a-bed couches feel like you're sleeping on the top of a military vehicle because of the frame, but not these. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and utinsiles and felt like we were at home. The views from the

Stayed here several times over the last year. It's always my first call when I'm in the area. Nice rooms, friendly staff, and a great location! Real people who are willing to work with you when things go wrong with your trip, too.

My husband and I were only there for 1 night, but it was a lovely experience. The grounds and rooms are extremely well cared for. The room was so clean and cozy. The living room was very relaxing, the dining room perfect for the carry out we picked up, and the bedroom was so comfortable. The decor really brought in the woodsy feeling of the area. It didn't feel like a motel room, it was like a perfect little apartment. My favorite part though were the elk roaming the parking lot!
