Whenever you hear the word exercise or even think of exercise, the first thing that probably enters your mind is weight loss. Being fit is a way of life. Your journey doesn't end when you reach a goal. Weight loss can be a side effect of exercise, however, it is important to know that exercise has a lot of additional benefits as well.

Your heart, lungs, and body will be stronger. Your body will have better circulation, along with endorphins being released throughout as well as other chemicals which help the body feel less stressed, anxious, and allowing the endorphins to have you feeling refreshed. Exercise helps you feel less fatigued and allows the body to respond to sleep in a more appropriate fashion.

Located in Hutto, Texas, Lisa Donovan is a life-long fitness enthusiast with the desire to encourage, motivated and guide individuals towards becoming the best version of themselves. Lisa understands the importance movement plays in managing health issues and has used fitness as part of her treatment for both hypothyroidism and genetic high blood pressure for several years.
Lisa Donovan is more than a Personal Trainer, she is a Personal Coach. She takes the time to get to know you in order to customize a FIT TO YOU Health and Fitness program, so you can enjoy a healthy life without feeling deprived or stressed because you don't fit the mold of what society feels "fit" and "healthy" should look like.
I struggled for years to find someone who would listen to what I needed from a trainer. I do structured classes and get a lot out of them, but it doesn't always fit with what I need to focus on. I've trained with Lisa for almost two years. While we lived in Texas, Lisa was never the kind of trainer that barks orders and sits around on her phone.

As an experienced athlete, I am constantly looking for a challenge. I always love a fun strength and conditioning workout but especially when the workout is not only beneficial and challenging, but new and exciting! That's exactly what I got when I started training with Lisa Donovan. Each class is fun, fresh, and I feel proud after each workout. Lisa is also great with catering to anyone's specific needs while in a lesson. She's taught me so much within a year of training with her. I recommend her as your trainer because, regardless to where you stand in your fitness journey, she has something

If you are looking for a personal trainer here is where you need to stop looking and sign up! I've been training with Lisa for almost a year now and she has been such an awesome trainer! I have two old ACL injuries and she has help me over come so much with her work outs!
Not only will you get a kick butt trainer but you will also get a great nutritionist who will help you every step of the way!

My favorite things about her is I love her spirit and the way she lets us do a slight easier working but still effective. It helped me a lot to start off and I continue to go back because I know her workouts are fun and different every day but still get super sweaty and feeling of accomplishment 👍
I would recommend her to anyone starting out, Lisa is fun but also serious about getting involved in every step of your journey so you are successful!

If your looking for a trainer, look no further! Lisa is probably going to be more devoted in your transformation then you will be! She's knowledgeable, and caring. She will work with you and around your schedule. She will motivate you and check in on you when she's not training you. She will assign homework to help you reach your goals. She stays current with education. If you manage to find something she's not sure about, she will research it. If you want results, hire Lisa! She's worth it!

I’ve trained with Lisa for almost two years. While we lived in Texas, Lisa was never the kind of trainer that barks orders and sits around on her phone. She’s in the trenches with you, showing you how to do things properly, explaining why it’s beneficial, and beside you every step with encouragement. I have a nagging shoulder issue, and Lisa is excellent at finding ways for me to strengthen it without pain.
Now that we’re back on the East Coast, I’m continuing to train with Lisa online. The quality of her online training has the same excellence as her in person sessions. She’s quick

I struggled for years to find someone who would listen to what I needed from a trainer. I do structured classes and get a lot out of them, but it doesn't always fit with what I need to focus on. i have been going to strength and conditioning for over a year with Lisa Donovan as the instructor. She quit her job and became a licensed personal trainer. I decided to take a chance with her and I am so glad I did. She listened to what i wanted to accomplish and she is helping me obtain those goals one step at a time building strength, confidence and fitness. Thank you Lisa! I am so glad your are my personal

I have never looked forward to a workout like I do with Lisa. She actually makes working out fun while also making it challenging. I also love that she can modify a workout to anyone's fitness level. I recommend Lisa's services to everyone I know.
