Disappointed in this organization to say the least. we have a former employee who passed away, terribly in an accident. the company is trying to hold the family hostage on a lease, charging them in full, and using the comments "leases are concrete and nothing we can do". This company, rentor beware. if they are willing to stick it to a family who has just lost a family member, you can imagine how they will deal with you in your every day struggles.

I lived there until Oct 2021, to be fair the building is Good with very nice nieghbors since new management started since beginning of 2021 things got much worse, pool and hot tub was down for weeks (total of months) before they fixed it, I needed maintenance 3 times , I left voice mails , they came once of those Times , you need appointment prior to visit with the office, and they don’t mention that you are not allowed to bring more than 2 guests to clubhouse or pool, I have to mention that one of them was rude/ unprofessional with me and I sent email to there “resident help” email without

Melissa in the office addresses issues prompt and professionally. Zack has fixed repairs/issues with timeliness and thoughtfulness. Unfortunately, most of the current problems are from residents who do not follow rules and policies in place to keep other residents or their animals safe. Overall 4/5 stars due to residents not being considerate of their neighbors.

I really have enjoyed my time at Rise! The apartments are updated, optimize the square footage well, and the amenities are really awesome. 2 bedrooms are pricey but that is because of the location and how new everything is so we had selected a 1 bedroom but it is very spacious! There is storage areas, a dog wash, sports simulator, really nice pool, and a bunch more that are awesome! The management are rock stars compared to other places we have lived. I highly recommend!

Outstanding experience living in this community. Have never had any issues even with the new management. Each concern has been properly addressed to the best of their ability. The location is beautiful and I have enjoyed living here in such a well taken care of property. The amenities suit all of my needs and are a huge perk. The staff is superb and have enjoyed each interaction with them.

Every tenant I have talked to, 20+ tenants, are furious with the new management arbitrarily applying policies. Some of these people perceive policies being enforced on a basis despite state and federally protected rights according to them. Drive around the parking lots and see the long standing policy violations with seemingly no repercussions whatsoever to those tenants while other tenants that may or may not be in a minority class held to account for perceived violations with no real evidence of such. I would have loved to have given a better review, however luxury living does come with a luxury cost. No amenities during the COVID, which I can understand until now? Management did not listen to concerns early on and there may be a cluster here in the apartments as now management finds it ultra keen to make sure that we all have masks and the leasing office is locked to protect the three workers?
