To submit a maintenance request, contact the onsite manager or call our corporate office. Onsite maintenance services live in the same apartment complex, so there's no need to wait for a technician to drive to you! We require a $300 non-refundable pet fee as well as an additional rent charge of $25 per pet.

This is the absolute worst place I have ever lived in my entire life. I do not recommend this to any single person, family, couple, etc. Their apartments are the furthest thing from “luxury apartments” I have ever seen. Low quality in every way shape or form and significantly over priced. The owners will get you for literally everything you have if you give them the chance. They are not willing to work with you on anything, even if it’s due to COVID-19 related issues. The only good thing I would say about this apartment is they have a great grounds keeper. The apartments are very nice and in a great location. Easy access to Loveland, Greeley, & Fort Collins.
The manager of Pelican Bluffs is very nice and more than helpful!!!! The managements helpfulness is definitely what set this place apart from the 5 other apartments I looked at before deciding on a location.
