We love Eagle Ridge! The location is perfect, the grounds are gorgeous, and it's so nice to walk outside and have a beautiful lake right there. It doesn't even feel like we're living in an apartment complex because there's so much room and it's not too densely packed.

The Maintenance guy was good. He tried to fix the issue. Air conditioning, but he said the unit is "broken" and that he had tried to order parts for another unit, but none were available. And so, it's supposed to reach almost 90 degrees this week and we will have no air conditioning. WHAT AM I PAYING FOR?? I have to pay these high prices for rent and supposedly so that we can have conveniences and were are told that the maintenance department does not give their repairmen the tools they need to do their jobs. Rented with Eagle Ridge for 13 months. I loved the convenient location since I commuted to Fort Collins for work. Also loved that it was so close to Target! The unit was clean and kept well. Walls were thin to the point where I could hear my neighbor's snoring at night and the upstairs neighbor's dog running (they also argued a lot so I heard those as well). There were a lot of bugs but that seems to be normal since the apartments were near water. The gym was small and had limited machines but it was 24 hours. Maintenance requests were handled promptly.
