My name is Alison, I grew up in Agoura Hills with my wonderful parents and 2 younger brothers. I graduated Agoura high 2007, and went right into beauty school. I am a person who loves to interact with people. I love to make my clients feel welcome, comfortable, and relaxed every time they come and sit in my chair.

Alison is amazing! She creates a welcoming and warm environment in her private suite. She is a color wizard and can really bring your hair back to life. On top of all that, she is such a kind person so you don't feel like you're stuck having to do that awkward small talk, she's fun and easy to talk to while she does your hair. You will not regret going to see Alison because you will have a great experience and leave with gorgeous new hair.

I've been seeing Alison for about a year and I always leave so happy. I went in for a haircut and some highlights towards the ends of my hair, and she completely exceeded my expectations! She was very patient and took her time to give me exactly the look I wanted. She is so sweet on top of being very talented, and I highly recommend her!

I can't recommend Alison enough. My hair was in need of rescuing. Having recently moved to Westlake from overseas my hair came last on the list of things to do. But thankfully Alison fitted me into her busy schedule. I spent 2 lovely hours having my hair coloured treated and cut. Not only is my colour amazing but the cut and treatment have put extra bounce into my hair. I found her pricing very reasonable and purchased products to keep that salon feeling longer. Came in with virgin hair level 8 and wanted to get a balayage to eventually achieve an ash blonde. The first session was very pricy and she didn't include olaplex in the bleach. I had very uneven bleaching and no bleach framing my face. I had to go back to see if she can fix it to look like a balayage but instead gave me baby light tiger streaks all over my head. Long story short is I had to go to someone else to fix it. Had to bleach my entire head to fix her mistake. Now I have a great hair stylist that consumes herself in everything hair and strive to learn new and modern techniques. Alison

Going to seriously miss Alison when I move. She has been doing my hair for 3+ years and it has been fantastic. She and I have had great times talking about what the plan is for my hair. We have gone from dark brown to platinum blonde and all the while I have been growing my hair out. Hard to believe how long she and I have been working to get my hair long and healthy. Alison has been cutting and coloring my hair for several years now and I actually followed her to westlake village from Pacific Breeze...wouldn't trust anyone with my hair now that I have found her. I can tell her to do whatever she likes and the style and color comes out beautiful. She's honest about what she thinks will work or NOT. Give her a try, you will not be disappointed. Wow! Westlake Village just received a really hot hairdresser her name is Allison at Regency hair salon. Probably one of the best hairstylist I have encounter in a long time. Always had to go to Beverly Hills to get the best of the best but now I found it in Westlake!! She is one hot hair artist and she's got her color and cuts down. Alison has performed miracles on my hair!! I went from blonde to red to brown, now adding blonde back in. She is amazing at color and my hair has remained healthy through this process! This hair stylist gives great haircuts! The 'Hair by Alison' hair salon is located in Westlake Village in a very cool building called the Regency Salon Studios. It's super modern.
Alison's hair studio is much more private than your usual salon, and she lets you play your own music which is really nice. I highly recommend her if you are looking for an amazing haircut / style.
