I wasn't going to write a public review, I wrote the stylist explaining my concerns directly. No response. My experience was awful. I clearly expressed what I wanted done to my hair. Before and during the cut. I even told the stylist to stop cutting. My hair looks terrible. Cut way to short, unbalanced, what I asked to be done was not. One word to describe would be "Butchered".

My mom has been seeing Lisa for 20+ years, and I’ll see her whenever I want something special done. Always so happy with her work, and now especially enthused to see her own beautiful salon, full of talented stylists!

I am beyond grateful for @Jennifer_maeann ‘s skills! I wasn’t sure how anyone could fix my brows since they needed some major adjustments, but she worked her magic and was so kind and the results are always consistent. She is seasoned professional. Great shop, and ambiance! 10/10 will recommend to anyone in need. Thank you so much Jenn!

I got my hair colored and cut by Lisa. I am very pleased with the haircut and will be returning to her again. She has a lovely salon and she is super nice. I am glad that she was recommended highly by neighbors in our area.

Love this salon and the amazing work and personality of my favorite stylist, however in my opinion it is overpriced for highlights primarily based off location. They always do a great job and I am always so happy with the results but it does take longer than usual to get my usual highlight and the price is higher than I typically pay, however as a college student it is a good option close by.

It's hard to find a place in Conejo that knows hair. Salon Westlake is an all pro team. Really happy that I found this salon. Daniel does my highlights and he rocks it!

For men I would recommend Mohammed. Does a great job on my hair. Do no know if he does women. Nice salon, clean and comfy.

I have looked high and low for my amazing makeup and brow artist, Jennifer, and I finally found here in this quaint little shop. When I walked in I was greeted warmly by the receptionist. Jenn showed me to her new station and started to work her magic. I dont have your typical eyebrows and she makes them look better then I could have ever imagined. Going to her for the last few months has given me the natural eyebrows that I've always wanted. I am so glad I found her again and for anyone that needs to feel glamorous I would definitely recommend her! Thanks Jenn for everything you do :)

My hair is super fine, and pretty often I just felt like wearing a hat and not even trying to style that hair. Thanks to Ashley, not anymore. Not only did she took time to discuss all the haircuts that would look good on me, and colors to compliment my skin tone, she taught me how to take care, style and blow dry my hair. I had no idea about some tricks. That is priceless. No more "bad hair day" hats, yay!

Daniel Pinto has been doing my hair for a few years. I love love love the way he does my hair. On point every time. I highly recommend him!

I found him through a Conejo Deal/Groupon and saw him again yesterday. He truly cares about his clients and work. He listens to what you want to achieve and works with you, professional, easy to chat with, patient, he lets his creativity take over and the results are AMAZING!

The only down side was the receptionist just ignored me as I walked in as she was busy chatting, Daniel wasn't even notified that his client was waiting.

Liliana is a master hairstylist! I’ve gone through multiple stylists over the years and I’ve been loyal to her for the past three years and many more to come. The service is impeccable and her professionalism is truly incredible. A definite must! Not just men either, she is multi-talented. My wife gets her hair done by her and she’s done friends of ours weddings. When it comes to hair there’s not much she can’t do! Go see for yourself

I highly recommend Salon Westlake!! The second I walked into the salon I felt such a good, welcoming vibe. The owner Lisa is so friendly and cares so much for the salon and the well being of everyone there, always making sure you are happy and leave feeling better than you did when you first arrived. Jill Toma is the sweetest and does such a beautiful job with my hair! She's super knowledgeable and puts her all into her work. Before I was a solid brunette but now I get balayage done and I couldn't be happier! Jill brought my hair back to life :) I highly reccomend going this salon to

I've been going to Shawna for over 5 years now and she is the best hair stylist! She is super knowledgeable about all aspects of beauty and beauty trends. She always gives great recommendations for style, color, and after-care that is specific to my hair and my style. My natural color is a very dark brown so I have to color often to cover my gray roots. Shawna suggested adding caramel highlights that really brighten my face and let me go longer between coloring because the grays aren't as obvious. Because of Shawna my hair is one of my favorite features and I get so many compliments

What a fantastic location for a salon. The minute I walked in I loved everything about it! Everyone is so nice and the salon has a really nice vibe. Shawna has been my stylist for 15 years and I couldn't be more happy that she at this location now. She is an incredible colorist and she knows how to make a woman look beautiful! If you need blow dry, cut or color she is the girl! Thank you for making me feel special every single time!

Shawna took so much time to carefully consider the condition and color of my hair along with my skin tone and to explain options of how we might get to the look I was aiming for .
she's a great makeup artist too .
Everything she recommended was so helpful , not just the run of the mill comments that other colorist sometimes make.i am beyond thrilled by my new cool blond color! While Shawna certainly didn't press me to purchase any products, I loved the effect she got with what she used (Kevin Murphy) . I purchased the few items and am delighted with how well they worked at home.on top

I am updating my review because since Lisa has taken over the Salon She has saved the salon. She has remodeled it, brought in new hi tech barbers and beauticians. There still the best existing staff. I love this place and all the people new and existing.

I have been to numerous Esthetician's in my life time as a hair stylist but I can say hands down that Ashley is leaps & bounds beyond the competition. Her mere aura is enough to soothe the savage beast and that is only the beginning to the benefits of your experience with her.
Her skincare knowledge & her ability to diagnose & find a solution is beyond her years!
My skin has never looked or felt better & I truly look forward to treating myself to Ashley's amazing treatments.

One of the best salons by far . Lisa the main owner saved me ! I went in to have someone fix it and it didn't come out as I wanted it to and spoke with Lisa about how frustrated I was and she totally understood me and took me in herself to fix what I wanted and we were up until 8:15pm and she did amazing! Not only was Lisa sweet and understanding but the receptionist that day was so thoughtful the second I walked through that door. Thanks for a great day and taking the time out of your day to make me satisfied . Your the best !!!

I got my hair cut and colored by Jenny Martin and she gave me EXACTLY what I wanted! She is so friendly and fast. She completely transformed my hair and made sure it wasn’t going to get damaged or be too short. I highly recommend you go to her she’s amazing!!!!

I was in town for a friend's wedding and had an amazing experience with Shelley and Chelsea. Shelley is so warm and bubbly and immediately made me feel special and shared my enthusiasm over doing beachy waves for my hair. Chelsea - a very talented hair stylist in training - and Shelley did an amazing job transforming my curls into sleek beachy waves. I loved my hair and got many compliments that night (and as a curly haired person I'm picky and have had my share of bad blow outs). I highly recommend this salon and these two ladies for their talents and their warmth! They were so great

Steve is the best! Been going to him for years. Great place to get a haircut in a comfortable setting. I would be comfortable to have any of the barbers give me a haircut. I like personal care and not the mega shops. I like to know my barber and get a consistent quality haircut.

Arrived in CA for a wedding and decided, spontaneously, I needed new hair style. Boyfriend and I booked appointments with husband and wife duo: Sandy & her hubby. Salon itself doesn't have the greatest exterior but inside stylist area is comfy and has a separate sitting area with coffee, tea, and snacks available.

Haircut was one of the best I received in my life! Highly recommend Sandy not only for cut but great product recommendations and conversation. I'm not a hair person but Sandy knew exactly what to do and gave recommendations when needed, was able to cut my hair exactly

I happen to love this salon because of the happy feeling that I have when I am there! The stylists are artistic yet approachable & ready to meet the needs of the customer.
Everything is clean & everyone is well dressed & professional but I don't feel like I need a new outfit just to get my hair done. I am comfortable being there & happy to have such a great salon in the neighborhood.
