I called to obtain the PD (pupillary distance)
I was then told they don't release the PD because of blah blah blah .....then I was told that no place in Vegas releases the PD ( whole time I knew this was a LIE) this place just doesn't want you to order glasses from anywhere else, basically forcing you to come back to them .... Not only did I call "they eye care center" located on civic center in las Vegas to verify the statement. I googled if it was legal for and ophthalmologist not to release your PD ... And well let's just say if I wanted to vindictive I'd call my lawyer .... Over all they gave

I love it here! This place is better than LensCrafters and all of those eyeglass places that literally cost $600+ when you don't have insurance! But this place is so adorable I started sending all of my family here! My mom loves it, my finance, and my sisters! This place is a true Gem and the doctor here is amazing so is his staff! Would recommend here so much they saved me a lot of money!

After years of being a customer, I was extremely disappointed when I had returned three times for corrections over my last pair of glasses. They never fixed the problem in any of my visits, so I went to three independent businesses, all of which agreed the glasses were not mounted correctly and the lenses were over 1 millimeter too think. The owner refused to correct the problem and said he would give me a refund, and to take my business elsewhere. Great way to treat a long-time client.

Got my prescription done here and needed to get a new emailed to me was informed that it could take one week to get emailed never received the email. Called back again for them to tell me that it’s my responsibility to keep the original prescription mind you the prescription was given to the place that did my glasses because it’s a “ courtesy “ for them to give it to me again. I have been wearing glasses for a long time, and True Eyecare made my recent two pairs. I have to say they are the best two pairs of glasses I have ever had made for me. The customer service is horrible you have a some new girl just watching your every step then they don't help out if something is wrong with your glasses they just collect your money and that's it I would never recommend this business to anyone not even a dog to say the least worst eye glasses place I've been to by far

Pricing with insurance on the phone call was suppose to be deductible only when we arrived no mention of tax on total purchase also you pay two deductibles also was not mentioned I expected to pay 20 with deductible I was charged 115. Based on my initial conversation I also paid cash for eye exam but because of the big price difference I was unable to afford glasses for myself. They give good service but they also mislead in pricing. I would still recommend them as well.

Absolutely UNBELIEVABLE! Great customer service from the moment we walked in! They were very conscientious in making sure everyone was clear that everything was sanitized (which we loved), and to sit in waiting room AFTER we sanitize our own hands with their provided sanitation area. We noticed right away they had people that wanted to try on frames, to put them in a designated separate container for cleaning afterwards.

They don’t have many reviews which is surprising. This is honestly a great office. The doctor was extremely quick. You could tell he’s been doing this for a long time. His staff was very caring and professional. I’ve been searching for an eye doctor since I moved to Las Vegas in 2016 and I finally found one. They have a wide selection of glasses. I did glasses and contacts and I was able to keep the sample pair he had me try on til my cases came.
Did I mention it was a small intimate office? That was probably the best part lol. No chains trying to get you to spend all of your money.

I was in Vegas for a trade show and had picked up a new pair of glasses from my local optometrist in Austin on my way to the airport without time for a fitting. They were new progressive bifocals, and fitting is vital to how they work, otherwise you get terrible eye strain and headaches.
I ate breakfast next door and found this place on yelp.
I explained to DJ, the optician my predicament and he spent about a half hour with me, as if I was his own customer.
The difference once adjusted was astounding, the glasses are dead on perfect.
They are an independent shop, and the service to me demonstrated

My wife and I while on vacation booked an appointment with True Eyecare for eye exams, glass's and contacts. We were treated with respect and professionalism and were not disappointed with the results after receiving our purchase in the mail a short time later to Canada. I would highly recommend True Eyecare for their excellent service and reasonable prices.

I was searching on Groupon for a good deal on an eye exam and glasses and wasn't having much luck. I just so happened to come across this business on Google and they ended up being even more affordable than any Groupon offer. The eye exam is only $65.00 and they have some really cute and stylish frames that are 2 for $59 (including lenses.) The Dr. was very thorough and explained each step of the eye exam as he went along. I appreciated that he didn't try to upsell me on any glasses (even though I had my eye on some really cute frames) being that I only need reading glasses. He let me know that

If i could give them zero I would . Be aware they have two Yelp for this and one of the help is almost 2 star. I bought my glasses from them and the lenses were very cheap and I got it anti glare but nothing like
Anti glare , so I paid extra for nothing and when I went to complain this Asian lady was rude and didn't wanted to take care of me, at the end I got my money back and I had to wait another 2 weeks now to get my glasses from another place . Be aware that they make your glasses there for you within an hour and I think that's where they mess up they use a in house cheap lens and

I lost my prescription sunglasses and needed a replacement. Since my prescription was less than six month old I did not do another eye exam. Once I found the frames I got a good price for the lenses. It took just two days and my sunglasses were available for pickup. Everyone here is very friendly and I plan on going back next time I need my eyes checked and new glasses ordered.
