Dr. Karen Hsueh is a native to Las Vegas. She received her bachelor's degree from the University of Nevada Las Vegas, and then further received her doctorate degree from the College of Optometry in Pennsylvania. Her time spent in Pennsylvania allowed her to gain extensive clinical experience with the Eye Institute and with Low Vision Rehabilitation Center.

Advancements in contact lens technology offer the potential of successful contact lens wear to most of our patients. A contact lens is a medical device in contact with the tissues of your eye; therefore, it must fit appropriately to maintain the eye and the eye's response to the lens on follow-up visits.
At Eye Care Optometry, we will perform several eye exams / vision tests to offer you the right diagnose and resolutions for a better eye sight or vision. The multiple testing requires the screening of a patient's eyes for retinal and corneal disorders. After the multiple testing, Dr. Karen Hsueh will review the eye exam test results with the patient.
At I Care Optometry, we carry the latest style eye wear for our customers. Several of our fashion eye wears are tailored to children, men, women, and senior citizens. I 'd been a patient at this place for over 10 years. Recently I needed to get new glasses but I couldn't get an appointment because they were closed for covid B.S. Once they re-opened I couldn't get an appointment because I can't wear a mask for medical reasons which under the governor's mandate I'm except from wearing one. This so-called doctor doesn't care thinking she has more authority than the governor.
I called to get a copy of my prescription which they gave me but they wrote expired on it and didn't bother to tell me I can't get new glasses because they wrote expired on it. When I called

I got an exam and glasses eight before Covid. However, I cannot see as well through these glasses. The prescription is correct on the glasses. After the lockdown, my insurance told me to go back to the Dr and they would check me to try and understand why I can't see as well. The DR did not want to see me unless I paid a new fee and said it had been over 90 days so I had to pay. Obviously with covid, they were closed! How insane. I will not give my money to this place again. I also believe her behavior is unethical. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this doctor.

These people are the cream of the crop in customer service. I went here over 8 years ago to get the best purchase (Fendi tortoise shell glasses with copper wiring) of my life because I got compliments on those glasses almost every day for 8 years. This year I went back because my old glasses finally bit the dust. They helped me pick out 2 great choices and for the first time I got prescription sunglasses because they were half off the the second pair. I spent a lot of money here but it is worth every penny because I get a great product that people compliment me on every day because it's on my face

This is without a doubt the best Optometry office I have ever been to... The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, and very knowledgeable about their craft. Not only did they do my eye exam right there on the spot but they also ordered my glasses, and called me to be fitted 5 days sooner than they were supposed to... The glasses came in early so they contacted me, I went in right before closing and the girls took great care of me. I would give this place more than five stars if I could, they would it get at least 7, and 10 when they fit me for my contacts next month. I'm not exactly the easiest
