Not an expensive arrangement, ordered day before Mother's Day (which for a florist is beyond last minute) and they truly delivered a thing of beauty that made my mom very happy. Thanks guys, I'd love to order from you again! Thank you Walt for creating such beautiful flower arrangements on such a short notice.

The bouquet of roses were spectacular and the custom order of pink and white roses in the basket was the most beautiful arrangement I have ever seen. Everyone that was at the funeral service were committing how beautiful the arrangements were. Thank you for making my Aunts memorial so special.

Last week I received a birthday themed bouquet of flowers that were stunning! The flowers were exceptionally fresh and beautifully arranged. They lasted a whole week. I was very impressed and would order from them myself. I wonder if this place is under new management as my experience was completely different than some of the other reviews earlier this year.

What a disaster called these people they hung up after I waited 15 mintues to see what was going on, paid for expedited service they didn't do it ordered a peach bouquet and they did not deliver it. So with all that said and not to get ignorant don't shop with these people. Unless you don't care about your orders or your design you choose for your love ones. Plus the money they charge you to screw you over and hope you just accept it. I'm a customer I'm paying your price I expect a good service and what I paid for. #NEVERAGAIN

If I could select (0) stars I would! They delivered the completely wrong cheap looking bouquet! I ordered an $80 beautiful bouquet with succulents for my mom's retirement and what was delivered was a cheap vase with cheap greens and dying carnations. They also delivered it with a Graduation Balloon!!! I hope they go out of business. I forced them to refund me after arguing with the customer service rep who was trying to offer a 15% refund originally.

My son ordered flowers for Mothers Day for me. They arrived a day late and were wilted and water cloudy. i called the florist to let them know. They said they would send another arrangement. -"they wanted me to be happy". No flowers 7 days. I stopped in the shop to show them a photo the dead flowers on Mothers Day. He said the arrangement was arriving today. No call, I said I did not want to tell my son in DC aobut the dead flowers-the owner yelled I don't care where your son is. I said that is not the way to do business and I will not recommend him to colleagues and friends. Arrived

I received a bouquet from my son and daughter-in-law as condolences on my fathers death. I’m sure they were charged a lot, and their kindness was so sweet; however, the flowers are pitiful. It looks like a small bouquet was grabbed at the grocery store and shoved in a vase. Petals were falling off the flowers upon delivery and wilted roses. None of the stems were cleaned of leaves, turning the water gross. Save your money. I did not receive a quality floral bouquet as should be from a florist.

Being out of town, I _unfortunately_ went through 800flowers, who had Campbell Floral fulfill the order. What a disaster. Campbell sent something a fraction of the size shown on 800flowers. When I called Campbell on it, they said the orders conform to specs. I suspect there's a bit of truth to that and 800flowers gave some minimal set of requirements and Campbell likely went to the 'way low end of that range. My order was supposed to be "Extra large arrangement measures approximately 17"H x 14"W". The picture with the tape measure shows it's MUCH less than that. The other image is from 800flowers

I ordered a Valentine's Day bouquet for my mother-in-law from ProFlowers. Unfortunately this is the company that they used. I paid for the high-end bouquet along with a specialty card and mylar balloon. What was received was quite different...A handful of flowers shoved into a jar. There was no specialty card and no Mylar balloon. The flowers were tired, open and scrawny with leaves on the stems all the way through the waterline.

I contacted proflowers.com. They will have another florist redeliver the flowers. Overall, I have been very happy with ProFlowers customer service handling issues

Ordered flowers over the phone, specifically asked for the arrangement to have babies breathe and a blue ribbon for a BIRTHDAY. Recipient was delivered an arrangement for a NEW BABY. Recipient had recently lost a baby. Needless to say she thought it was a sick joke! I do NOT RECOMMEND THIS FLORIST. RUDE AND FULL OF EXCUSES.

Please listen to the reviews. My sister sent a bouquet of flowers that she paid over 100 for and I received a sad vase of 3 carnations some dried out pine, 3 roses and it was so sparse that all the stuff sank to the bottom of the vase. 1-800 flowers gave her a full refund. Why is this place still in business? At least we got a good laugh out of it.

Well, did you really need to read another review to know not to give this business your money? I wanted to give this local business a chance but the reviews are right. We paid just over $100 and got nothing for the Mother’s Day bouquet ordered, besides a payment receipt :/ Voicemail is full when I’ve called multiple times and not getting a response by email either. Maybe this will get someone’s attention?

On Mother's Day my son sent me flowers. I called them because the flowers appeared shriveled. They were very kiind and replaced a much better arrangement. It was delivered on time.
I want thank them for being so nice during these tough times.
I will give them business next time I need flowers.

I ordered a large Winter Moonlight bouquet from 1800flowers. They sent the order to Campbell's Floral. The bouquet received was the wrong size and wrong bouquet. I called 1800flowers again and told them the problem. They had Campbell's Floral send out another bouquet. The second bouquet they sent was different and a different size. But still not right. I called Campbell's Floral and spoke to a man saying he was the owner. When I told him the problem he became extremely rude saying he sent the right bouquet both times. A friend ordered flowers online for me. The quality was so bad- wilting and dropping petals. Also the flowers were simply put in a vase with no design or arrangement. I called the florist to let them know. They stated their stock was low and would redeliver in a week. They asked if they could leave them on door but I declined as it is hot in early September. Received two dozen roses from my sister. I didn't want my sister to know how dreadful the flowers were because she sent them to me to cheer me up and I didn't want her to feel bad! This should not be called a business. It is not worthy of being called anything but a waste of hard earned money. I received flowers at 3:00pm today 24 hours late that are ready to be discarded. The delivery person left a message yesterday as she could not find the address. Then told me she was done for the day and it would arrive today. It arrived at 3:00pm today (10/19) a day after my birthday and the flowers were droopy and falling off the stems. If I could give less than 1 star I would. I ordered flowers for my MIL on Tuesday before Mother's Day from ftd.com. The flowers were supposed to be delivered on Friday before Mother's Day. My MIL just received her "flowers" five days later. She didn't get them on Friday, Saturday, or even Sunday. She got them on the following Tuesday. Then she sends me a picture of the flowers. My boyfriend bought me flowers to be delivered to me and spent 75.00 and the flowers and arrangement look like a five year old pick them! I could buy a better arrangement at Safeway for $9.99. I'm disappointed in this florist! I wish I could give them a no stars!

If I could post this and give this place NO STARS I would. My family sent flowers to my mom and spent $100 ......it looked like they spent $20 which I know was not the case. They died within 3 days!!!! When my mom took them down there, the grouchy old man agreed that my family had spent $100. When my mom asked about her favorite flowers that were supposed to be part of the bouquet, he said he didn't have them so he substituted them with carnations ....ARE YOU KIDDING???? He didn't offer to replace them and told my harmless 75 year old mother to leave. I am calling every 800 flower company

I'd give this company a zero rating if I could. From all the 1 star reviews on here I guess I should have checked Yelp before ordering. I had ordered a sympathy basket for my grandmother's funeral. I picked out a basket with a wildflower look to it & opted for the deluxe upgrade so the total cost was a bit over $119. The ordered basket was to have purple and white roses, bells of Ireland, heather, aster 'monte cassino', trachelium and fresh greenery arranged in a willow basket.

The day of the funeral we walked into the chapel and I was very upset & disappointed

This is the worst place ever to get flowers for someone. My son stopped in there to get me an arrangement for my birthday he paid $38 for a vase with 7 carnations that were cut to about 3 inches long, 2 stalks of larkspur, a tall peice of myrtle and a sprig of filler flower. I think that my 4 year old grandson could have arranged it better than their so called designer did. I called to let someone know about the arrangement the gentleman that answered the phone was extremely rude not wanting to help me at all. I ordered flowers to be delivered on Feb 12th and my fiance received a call from the flowers for you and was told the delivery man forgot her flowers. They sent a notice to FTD flowers.com the flowers were delivered on Feb 12th. This was a LIE. They then delivered to my house on Feb 13th. Was very disappointed in how they looked. They cut the stems too short and straight across on the bottom. Even I know you cut in a diagonal cut. The flowers had little to no fragrance. I will NEVER USE THIS FLOWER SHOP AGAIN. It was described to come with orange roses, guess what, came with only 2 roses and the rest are cheap flowers and still charge ~60$. I will never order from here again

Only giving a star because it's the only option I have. Received the worst arrangement and customer service from this shop. Had to go to roses and more to fix the item that was delivered. The man that works there was unprofessional and rude. Save your money and find a real flower shop.

Gentleman in the phone was rude, told me flowers were delivered even though they weren't and then didn't answer his phone when I tried to call to sort things out. Let's just say this was not a happy Mother's Day for me and my mom. Terrible. Find another florist. I've had luck with Casas Adobas.

The only reason I put one star is because there isn't an option for zero stars. I was mortified when my father sent me the pictures of the flowers I sent my mother for her birthday. Holy crap. And by crap - this arrangement was CRAP! I spent a good amount of time on the phone with the agent trying to decide on an arrangement and in the end what was delivered was something likened to weeds sprouting from a vase. It was horrible! Do not waste your money here!

Ordered flowers online from them to commemorate an anniversary.

The only thing about the arrangement that was the same as what was described/pictured online was that the flowers were roses and in the right vase. Everything else from how they were arranged to the color to the contents were wrong. As we had marked the "No Substitutions" choice, I was rather frustrated.
No one answered the phone when I called. When finally arriving at the location, I was told that all florists make substitutions and that it was pretty much the same thing.
