No one answers calls or emails at the shop I have attempted to reach someone for two days now to update an address with them so that the delivery was made since they do not leave the flowers unless someone is there to receive them. Cannot get through to anyone to figure out what we can do to reschedule the delivery that I've already been charged for.

I ordered an ‘Oh Christmas Tree’ bouquet for my stepdaughter’s birthday through fromyouflowers.com
Apparently they use Eric’s as one of their local florist. What I ordered and what she received had NOTHING in common. I ordered a bouquet the shape of a Christmas tree, festive with roses and beautiful little flowers which is advertised as a seasonal bouquet in their site. What she received was bunched up pine branches with a gold bow, a couple of medium size white flowers and babies breath. Would ever order from either of them again.

I ordered flowers for a loved one's Birthday since I live in another state. I chose an arrangement with snap dragons specifically because she loves them and it was advertised as a special. The arrangement did not have any snap dragons, the foam block did not fit the basket and no attention given at all the hide it or make it look nice and the arrangement was in disarray. After just 4 days the flowers were wilted and most have completely fallen apart. I am completely disappointed and embarrassed. I was not notified of the change in the arrangement either.

I ordered flower's through From You Flowers who gave the order to Eric's Flower Market in Tucson AZ. The bouquet I ordered was a premium bouquet which is the largest choice of three sizes. It was a beautiful bouquet in the picture. The bouquet my sister received was not anything like the one in the picture. The one in the picture had so many flowers that you could not see into the middle of the bouquet. the bouquet she received didn't even have half the flowers of the one pictured. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. My husband sent me flowers at work, they were all wilted and half dead. When I went to pour out a little water to transport them in my car the water was super hot. I got them 30 mins before I left work at 4 so it seemed like they might have been fresh that morning but sat in a hot car all day causing them to start to die. I called the florist, the woman I talked to was very sweet and offered to send me new ones the next day. She also promised she would personally make sure the new flowers were beautiful and sent out early the next morning. It gets to be 345 and no flowers

Eric’s goes above and beyond, providing a personal touch. I’ve purchased from them twice and and will continue to be a return customer. Customer service is incredible. I gave them the wrong address and they called me to sort it out before delivery. Such nice people in addition to beautiful flowers arrangements at a reasonable price!

We received flowers from a family friend to honor the one year anniversary of my brothers death. We didn't receive a knock on the door or they didn't even ring the doorbell. They left our flowers thrown on the ground. We found them like this- dead and all over the ground. We contacted them letting them know about our experience and simply asked that the person who paid for them just get a credit or reimbursed back. (They did offer to redeliver but we would rather the person who sent them be able to just use them for something

My review is based on receiving a vase arrangement from Eric's. I actually received the flowers over a week ago and they are still going strong. Even the roses have held up. I haven't even added "flower food powder," just trimmed the ends every few days.
Flowers brighten everyone's day and besides thanking my dear friend who sent them, thanks to Eric for such a quality product!

Eric's Flower Market has easily become one of my favorite places to frequent. There is always so much beautiful variety to choose from and the most amazing, friendly and personable customer service you could imagine. My home is filled with beautiful plants, all from Eric's. This place never disappoints when I need a little pick me up. I recommend stopping by Eric's for a plant, flowers, or fresh eucalyptus for your shower!

I love this place! My roommate got me hooked and now I go monthly for my eucalyptus plants and got all my other friends hooked too. The floral arrangements are to dieee for and Eric as well as his staff are always so welcoming! Beautiful must visit and grab a coffee at the shop next door on your way out. Perfect weekend activity.

Be careful when you do a Google search for a florists in North Tucson! One of the top results is Avas Florists, which it turns out isn't even a local florist (fake website). Their call center is obviously overseas, it was very difficult to modify an order. They then send the order out to Eric's Flower Market for fulfillment. Eric's delivered the wrong item to my mother, they didn't even wait for her to answer the door, the tag on the flowers had someone else's name and address on them and it was delivered many hours later than promised. Received a delivery yesterday, who knows when! No knock at the door, just left at the door. Found them around 8pm when going outside. The flowers were sent by my brother as a sympathy gesture due to the death of my mother in law.
First of all, it was not the kind of arrangement to be sent to a home. It was a large, one sided piece that might go to a funeral home. A decent selection of flowers, but by this morning several of the flowers were looking wilted. Sent flowers to my cousin who was in a car accident. They created a custom bouquet and delivered it the next day (24 hour turn around). I'm very pleased and she loved them!

Today is a very special day. It's my mothers birthday. This year has been incredibly difficult for her, so I wanted to make sure I treated her to flowers. In the past, I've had numerous people recommend Eric's Flower Market to me. It's a fabulous little local spot, so I decided to go for it.
