Procedures done on dogs and cats are challenging for a variety of reasons, one being that they often don't want to be still while doctors and staff are trying to help the animal. They also have a level of stress that comes from being in a an unfamiliar environment. Because of this, the use of anesthesia is a beneficial way to give pets the care they need.
We offer solutions for a variety of behavioral issues that pet owners are faced with. Behavioral problems can be challenging and frustrating for both pets and pet owners, so it is our goal to work with you towards a solution. There are many behaviors that can be negative or destructive, and many pet owners feel helpless in bringing peace to their home.

Had an appointment for an injured paw pad on my Golden Retriever. While he was back with the vet, annual vaccines were administered, to include rabies WITHOUT my knowledge or permission. My dog had already had these vaccines just a month prior, so they basically doubled up what was in his body. He was to be seen for an injury, and NOT to receive his annual vaccines!!! Watching him closely this evening. Have no idea what the long term effects of this might be. I will never, ever do business with these people again!

Lakeview is my place to take my girls! My little dogs are like family like alot of people, so the vets here listen to what I tell them and are good to tell you in language you can understand what they are going to do the cost and how long it will take! I can't say enough good about all the people working here!

We took our 1 yr. old puppy here for his wellness check. We were clear on making the appointment as well as when the tech came out to get him that he was not to get any vaccines.
They gave him the vaccines anyway! I believe instead of coming out and using the drive thru allroach and not really listening but in such a hurry to move people is what caused this.
On top of that mistake, we then sit there for 3 HOURS while they take everyone coming in without dealing with our situation. We were not going to pay for something we ask you not to do and then try and hold our dog to get payment!

Our sweet labradoodle became very ill on Thursday. We were unable to get an appointment at our regular vet due to his surgery schedule. They suggested we try another practice because Jake needed to be seen. Our… good friend JoAnn Blair Adams called Lakeview and explained our emergency. They said bring him now and they’d be ready for him. Our dog was diagnosed and treated. After an overnight stay he’s back with us at home. There are not enough words to express our gratitude to Lakeview and their staff! Thank you for your dedication and wonderful service!

The only vet practice we fully trust with our kitties, who are like children to us. We had experience with both routine and emergency care here and have no complaints. Dr. Noeller is excellent; she always goes into detail about the best care and is willing to answer all our questions. The front desk employees and the technicians all love animals… and have multiple pets. Even after moving further away, we drive to Randleman to the practice because we are very picky with vet care and cannot imagine somebody else taking care of our babies. Thank you for being so awesome!

I want to save anyone from experiencing what we went through a couple of weeks ago.
It was my first and last visit to Lakeview Veterinary Hospital
They are rude, with the exception of two ladies at the front… desk. They have no compassion, they are not understanding, and they were very unprofessional.
We had to make the tough decision of putting our cat to sleep. They said to call upon our arrival and someone would let us in the back door. We walked in and were led to a room, I was sobbing and my husband was noticeably upset. While we were waiting, maybe two minutes, to see our fur baby

Before I lose my cool with Lakeview let me tell you... I took Roxy to the vet last Wednesday for nothing $55 for a exam & rabie shot she didn't need bc they never requested her records. The vet tech said it… was probably a tumor just keep a eye on the growth. It has quadrupled in size in a week. I call the vet & they tell me the real vet will need to see her. Roxy seen a part time tech & they will need $60 dollars more for a sample. I sat in the car bc no one was aloud in the building last week.. I have no real details on my dogs health it is very difficult to transport her back
