Forest Oaks Animal Hospital has proudly served the NC area since 1982. We pride in assisting families for everything pet related. Our veterinary clinic and animal hospital was created by Dr. Rodger W. Kleisch in 1982 in the Forest Oaks Shopping Center. Dr. Rodger Kleisch then built our current location and moved the clinic to 2001 Alamance Church Road in 2004.
Our appointment book is computerized which allows us to efficiently make appointments for you and your pet. Our receptionists and team will attempt to accommodate all requests to the best of our ability. Emergencies are accepted anytime our clinic is open. If you feel you have an emergency with your pet, please call us or come to the hospital immediately.
Dr. Rodger Kleisch is the owner of Forest Oaks Animal Hospital and has been practicing veterinary medicine in Greensboro and the Guildford County area since 1984, after working in private practice in Virginia. He is a native of Roanoke, VA and a 1979 graduate of University of Georgia College of Veterinary Medicine.
Dr. Marie Ballengee joined Forest Oaks Animal Hospital as an associate veterinarian in the fall of 2014. Dr. Ballengee enjoys preventative health care and medicine, however has special interest in small animal acupuncture and rehabilitation services. Dr. Ballengee is a great addition to the team at FOAH, and we look forward to the future with her at this practice.
