I chose this place because they did some work for my sister years ago and she was pleased. But after going for my estimate I changed my mind. Very poor customer service and communication. Both men answering calls were unfriendly and demeaning. When asked a question I couldn't answer completely before I was cut off with what he thought I would say. Failed to mention that they were booked out 3 months when scheduling my estimate, even though he was adamant about sending the insurance assignment over for the estimate. I didn't feel welcomed at all.

carvana uses a third party company to address these claims , silver rock .
silver rock sent me here for an estimate for my repairs .
Upon arrival , not one person working in this establishment looked happy about being there .
the gentleman who performed the estimate was rude , condescending, and his clothing was filthy and stained . These were food stains , not stains like he was actually working in a repair shop .
He told us that he would submit the estimate , but if he didn’t receive an approval we

I wouldnt even give them 1 star but it made me pick at least 1. I took my car to Hall's to have some body work done on it, and when i was speaking with the owner he is very unprofessional he is extremely rude! he said there would be a fee just to look at my car and quote the damage, I mean who charges just to look at something and get a customer a price. Not good business at all. Since i have been there i have actually told people that were thinking about going there NOT to go there due to the owner being very rude. He is the type of man that when a woman knows something about cars he looks down

I have been familiar with Hall's for years but never had the the opportunity to use them. My tailgate on my truck needed some repairs so I visited the shop. I was impressed from the very beginning from the estimate to going back to get the tailgate reinstalled. A very professional business and high quality workmanship. If the need ever rises again, which I hope it doesn't, Hall's will be my go to body shop!

I went here because my parents recommended it and I didn’t know where to go and the whole time I’m hoping my car looks good when I get it back. Someone hit my bumper and it was just flying in the wind and it broke my heat cause I worked really hard to buy my first car. When I went to pick it up, I was anxious didn’t know what to expect. Then I saw her and I cried so hard because she looked brand new I thought she looked better then when I got her or maybe it was the way the sun hit her. My car was back to normal and I just cried and told the owner thank you. I definitely recommend they take

I cannot even start to give a good review because the phone conversation was awful. To tell me that my car is so old that it will cost $50 to even give me an estimate is an insult. My car might be an older mustang, but I take good care of my car - maintenance, care, everything - I just needed an estimate on my bumper. Thank you, no thank you Halls, I will take my business elsewhere.

They were so nice and professional. I am very pleased with how informed they kept me on the progress of my car being repaired, and with the work they did.
