That's why Precision Auto Body is committed to taking the hassle that comes with vehicle repairs completely off of your hands. Our checklist will walk you through all of the actions that you should take immediately after an accident. If your vehicle is unsafe or unable to drive after an accident, we can arrange for a free tow to bring it to our shop for repair.
Optional coverage for when your car is stolen or damaged in ways that don't involve a collision. The written estimation after inspection of a damaged vehicle showing cost required to restore the vehicle to the condition it was in prior to the accident. There are sometimes hidden damages that are not visible until the vehicle is disassembled.
It's no problem. Give us a copy of the insurance estimate and we will negotiate with the insurance company on your behalf. Insurance companies know that there might be additional repairs necessary to fix your vehicle. And most of the time they will pay us directly so you don't have to worry about it coming out of your pocket.
We know that dealing with the aftermath of an accident is stressful, so we try to take as much of the work off your hands as possible. If your car is not driveable or if it will need to stay at the body shop for repair, we can help you secure a rental car. We can coordinate with your insurance company (depending on your rental car coverage) and we can arrange for your rental car to meet you at the shop.

The work Lynn and Paul do on the vehicles are fantastic and they gave amazing customer service. I loved the scenery of the office and the nice greeting when you walk in. A 10/10 business I recommend fully to go to it. They also give mints and have a nice place to sit just in case if your in line or etc. Lastly, they are really reasonable with there discussions and it is easy to understand what is happening and the work is done fast with efficient. 10/10 business recommend to anyone in case they need there vehicle repaired.

We trust Precision completely. Their work is fast, expert and fairly priced. We had a recent “emergency” in which my engagement ring slipped through a plastic seam next to the seat, getting lost within the body of the car. We stopped by without an appointment and with just a few yanks, the ring was retrieved. No charge. That’s great customer service and trust-building.

Precision Auto Body is the best auto body shop in Kentucky! I had to get my bumper reattached after it fell off and I was referred to Precision by an associate at Big O Tires near me. I told them I needed my bumper reattached when I got there & they took care of the rest. Before I could even make it back home, I received a call from Lynn I believe who told me my car was already finished. If you have anything go wrong with your car and need a RELIABLE body shop, Precision is the way to go! The pictures listed are before & after shots of my bumper! It’s like the accident never happened.

These guys did a fantastic job painting the bumper of my wife's Miata and my Nissan Altima. The service and workmanship was excellent. The price was about $200 cheaper than an estimate I received at a very prestigious Louisville body shop. I am very satisfied with the work and believe me, I am very OCD picky about things. I notice everything! They even detailed the cars after they did the body and paint work. I definitely did not expect that and I was very impressed with that added service! You won't find that at many other places. In fact, I had two or three small over spray places on my trunk

Paul and Lynn took very good care of me. They walked me through each step so I would understand how the process worked! I had always used Mt. Washington body shop until they closed. But Percision did a excellent job and treated me like family. My car was done in a timely manner and the job was top notch! Precision Auto Body is INCREDIBLE!! I have taken two vehicles to them so far and the work that they do is amazing. someone hit the rear corner of my work van and caved it in, other shops wanted to remove my advertising graphics but not Precision, they made the repair and painted it to perfection. When I picked up the van they had completely detailed the outside. Last week I dropped off my truck because the hood was peeling terribly (typical Dodge) and I had a new bed topper that I wanted painted to match the truck. Again they did an amazing job.
