I'm 55 years old and have had my share of dealing with body shop's over the years some good some no so much and i cant tell you when i have had a better experience with a shop of any kind as it pertains to automobiles, Ron and his staff face unique challenges today with parts and shipping like many of us and i was prepared to wait for 3 or 4 weeks if need be and i told Ron that and i did not pressure him on time , but 7 days latter i had my work truck back and not only did they do a fantastic job with the repair but got some tree sap off the hood that had been there for years and that was not part

$90 in towing and they refused to keep the car on their lot. Would have helped if they were willing to look at the pictures I had. I described the problems with my car on the phone, they seemed interested. Once it got there they said too much damage and they weren't up for the job though they weren't busy. That's fine but the bad communication cost me money.
