Below is the segment from the AICRA which gives you the right to choose an auto body repair shop regardless of the recommendations by your insurance company. C.17:33B-36.1 Selection of auto body repair shop; notification form. 64. Such notification form shall be signed by the insured prior to the undertaking of any repair.
We conditionally guarantee all work performed by George's Auto Body for as long as you own your vehicle. This warranty covers repairs made necessary due to workmanship (excluding parts and materials covered by manufacturer's warranty) and said repairs must be performed by George's Auto Body. Partial repairs insisted upon and so ordered by the client are not covered under this warranty nor will George's Auto Body accept liability for such repairs.

Great place—and not just for collision repair. A friend came to visit and then by mistake locked her keys, purse, phone, and dog in the car on a very hot day. I called George's (who did great collision repair on my car years ago) hoping they could help, and Lauren—who answered the phone—was understanding, responsive, and helpful. Right away she arranged for Jeff to come. He was here within fifteen minutes and had the car unlocked in five. Everyone—especially the pooch—was very happy. These folks are really there for you. I can't recommend them enough!

I had such a great experience here. I brought my car in without an appointment & they were able to diagnose and fix my car within a few hours. Price was extremely fair and reasonable compared to many other places in the area. My sister even brought her car in the following week! I felt as though everyone was really kind & willing to help. I highly recommend George’s for car service you can really trust.

I have been using George’s Autobody for about 19 years. A minivan mom hit my car and Mr Binns was so great. I’d never had an accident and had no idea what to do.
Since then he has helped me with things that weren't just exterior and now they have the second shop, so they handle everything car related! They always do a great job and are super helpful and nice.
Their prices are right, so you don’t have to go shopping around for deals, they are the place.

My car broke down on Rt. 80 and I literally Googled and found George's. Jeff was amazing and went above and beyond. Their tow wasn't available and Jeff tracked down another, (who was fast and incredibly nice), to get me to his shop. As soon as I arrived, Jeff offered me a water,, took a look at the car, explained what they were looking at and talked through pricing. As I explained that I live pretty far from where they are located, he was quick to extend with any help I might need and then went on to say that they will get this done tomorrow! Unfortunately, I had to use the service offered at that place a few days ago. Not only was I scammed on price but also had to ask another garage to fix the problem for me.
I came to the garage and complained that my car was not starting and the day before I barely got home because there was no power while driving - neither lights nor indicator worked. I couldn't even see my speed. I suggested checking the alternator.
All in all, I was charged $220 for a new car battery. The same battery costs $80 at advance auto parts. On top of that I paid $260 for 3 cables and and the service. I went to 3 different

Well I found George's quite by accident. The tow truck driver recommended. Turns out that I'll be picking up my repaired car at weeks end. Which is sooner than I expected. It was a big job on a fairly complicated, if not obscure car. The engine needed to be replaced on my Volvo S40. The failure was caused by a worn timing belt tensioner.

My car was hit 2 years ago and I took it straight to George's. Not only did my car look better than before... but the atmosphere is homely.
