We offer several payment methods and accept all insurance and non-insurance related work for your convenience. Please discuss any payment related questions BEFORE repairs have begun on your vehicle in order to avoid delays in releasing your vehicle upon completion of repairs. Storage rates of $50 per day will be applied to any vehicle not picked up 3 days after repairs have been completed unless authorized by shop before repairs are completed.

My drivers side door was hit, the drivers door needing to be replaced. CARS found a perfect match quickly, and the car was finished 4 1/2 hours after I dropped it off. The price was right, office helpful, and did a good job. They also took car to the car wash, did some minor touch up and left me with a bottle of touch up paint. Excellent experience all the way around.

My car was t boned in Highland Nj. Doug made sure to get my car out of the shop it was towed to and brought it to his shop. Car Auto Body handled all the paperwork with the insurance company. I got my car back and it looks great. You would never tell it was in an accident. The paint matches exactly. It looks brand new. The whole process was seamless. I would recommend them to everyone. Thanks for making this process so easy.

I had recently had a nightmare go-around with tires & alignment on a car that I had only owned for a couple of months which made me unsure if my car or the tire shop was the problem. I stopped in early on a Saturday morning and John gave me awesome advice. He put the car up on the lift, checked measurements all around, and gave me his educated guess which ended up being exactly what was wrong at the tire shop. Came for needing answers, left having a place to recommend!

Simply put - THE BEST AUTO BODY SHOP EVER! They are very thorough and very open and above board. They work with both insurance claims (any insurance company) and those you may want to pay for on your own. They discuss all the repair options with you and give their own proposal and rationale, but leave the final choice in your hands. On a claim we chose to pay for on our own, they worked to find the lowest priced replacement parts, including used parts (asking our approval first), and found ways to minimize our bill. They are wonderful to work with (something that cannot be said for many shops

Decided to rewrite my two-star rating from over five years ago. My complaints were valid but relatively minor. Since then a number of family members and friends have gone and all had great experiences so I gave it another shot with my late 90s BMW. My new experience was worlds better.
