Stew's Autobody in Washington is an unethical and predatory business. On 5/14 my wife unfortunately struck a deer while going to work. Mansfield PD responded and handled this issue to include calling Stew's Towing to remove the vehicle from the road. The PD was pleasant and professional. Upon reviewing the Stew's Towing bill several hours later however, I received the attached nearly $500 charge that included $165 for "debris cleanup" and 40 POUNDS of speedydry The attached photo shows the single piece of brick sized plastic they picked up and the "spill"

Not pleased car vgot towed. They were professional couteous clean n helpful too

I hit a deer just over a month ago. Stew's was recommended to me by several people so I took my car to them. I just got it back today and it looks great. They did very good work fixing the hood and replacing the grill, headlight etc. It took longer to get my car back than I was expecting but they are a small shop so keep that in mind. When my rental insurance coverage ran out a few days ago, Stew's covered the rental cost of another car for 2 days so I could get to work without any additional out of pocket. I went to Stew's Auto Body to get my bumpers painted white on my jeep. When I arrived everyone was nice and friendly, I was able to get a price and schedule my bumpers to be painted the following week which was a lot faster then I expected. The price was very reasonable as well! When it was finished the bumpers came out 10x better then I expected, they did a great job and I highly recommend them.

I was referred to Stew's by my mechanic and my experience has been that the customer service as well as the service itself is outstanding. They helped manage some difficulties with the insurance company and the car was ready when they has said it was ready. Everyone in there from office to shop staff was friendly asking interested in how I was doing and genuinely seem to care about me. I can highly recommend Stew's!

I had a very good experience with this shop. Other Shops wanted to charge me much more than these guys did and the work came out really nice. If you are unfortunate enough to get into an accident give these guys a call they were very nice and did great work.
