Same process, practice, and laid back professionalism that I remember witnessing 25+ years ago every single time my mom wrecked another car which felt like every other year it from kindergarten to high school haha and no here I am! I just picked my car up from Colorado Coach after having front end repairs done. The car looks amazing and they cleaned the exterior and interior of my vehicle. They will provide estimates on the spot to attract business as other repair shops will require booking 2-3 weeks in advance to even get to estimate. But at least other shops know how to manage their schedule and repair times.
After consultation my car was scheduled for repair 4-5 weeks down the line. Car was dropped off at scheduled time and they did not touch it for weeks because they were 'missing parts' (they had weeks to get those ready). So in the mean time insurance only covers

I recently had my first experience with Colorado Coach and couldn't be happier. I originally had a mobile paint repair company (ScratchMaster) fix the quarter sized area of damaged paint on the bumper of my BMW X5. I thought it would be cheaper, faster and didn't want to compromise the factory finish on the entire bumper by having it completely repainted for such a small area. The mobile repair looked great until I had ClearBra installed on the bumper (after waiting 30 days for the paint to cure) and the new clear coat completely failed under the PPF. Caught my Audi TT bumper on a curb and brought it to these guys for an insurance claim. (Bumper cover alone was like 1500 dollars). Brought it to them because they are Audi certified and use only Audi parts. I thought that only the bumper cover was damaged so to save time I asked if they could order the bumper cover and paint it so I can still have my car while some of the work is being done. They said they could do that which was awesome! I brought them the insurance check to get things started. They called when it was painted and I brought it in. They did end up finding some more things wrong

I recently noticed discolorations and slight peeling in the paint on my car. I had no idea what the cause was or what needed to be done because I was worried about rust. I got an inspection and estimate right on the spot at Colorado Coach. Didn't get the name of the man who looked at the car but he was incredibly honest and straight with me. Let me preface this by saying I had a terror of a time dealing with this body shop. Mark (Owner), David, Tom, and the receptionists made my life extremely difficult for a period of two months while actively "repairing" my vehicle. I was a claimant through an insurance provider--which left me few options in terms of selecting a shop in the local area for repairs.

I just had some work done on my F150. I'm always a little worried about having body work done, but the team at Colorado Coach Auto Body exceeded all my expectations.
I worked with Corey who provided me a very comprehensive estimate, explained all the details and provided valuable recommendations.
I also had them do the ceramic paint treatment, WOW, the finish is absolutely incredible. The gentleman (I think his name was Juan) who did the treatment blew me away with his attention to detail.

Two Great Experiences!
Now that I've visited twice with a vehicle that was totaled and one that just needed a touch-up, I can say with certainty that this is the place to go for all jobs, big or small!
My first visit was in '17 when my Toyota FJ Cruiser was rear-ended. My insurance company recommended Colorado Coach and they did a great job of considerately handling my claims, estimates and eventually filing my vehicle as totaled (which it reasonable was!) For being such a terrible thing to have to go through, Colorado Coach was one of the best vendors I worked with in the process

Colorado coach really pulled through for me! Initially, I was unhappy with them due to a miscommunication. However, Mark, the owner, reached out and made sure that I was taken care of. Mark was an absolute pleasure to work with. All in all, they did an amazing job fixing my car, and they even polished up areas without me having to ask! Customer Service Manager Corey Scheibt and the staff at Colorado Coach provide the best service and follow up in Boulder County. I had an insurance claim over a year ago and recently came back with a few new scratches. I have been here several times. One time I had to get a piece of my bumper replaced and the other two times were for broken handle bars. They did a fantastic and thorough job each time. Competitive pricing and they did a helluva job!
My bike fell off my Mercedes and wrecked some paint and dented a pillar. I took the Mercedes in and got a quote that was competitive with everyone else.
The turn around was about a week which I thought was a bit long but none the less it came out perfect.

My experience. I've had my car for 7 years with no issues. After I had my car wrecked and fixed, I've been having nothing but nagging little issues. Paint is already chipping from front bumper in less than a year of repairs. The front right light keeps bouncing around over every bump I hit. I've already been in once to have that light fixed. Had a front end collision. They looked at my car the same day and took it in within the next couple of days. They worked directly with the insurance company and it was seamless. Got my car back and it looked perfect. My husband also took his car there in the past with the same impeccable service. I hope to not need a body work done on my car again but I will definitely go elsewhere if I do. They took a full week longer than they estimated. They did not communicate well - expect when I called the day after I was supposed to be able to pick up my car and they were going to start painting. They are not open on weekends so when they finished my car after 4 on Friday I had to wait until Monday to pick it up. They didn't wash the even the exterior of the car - so I have one shiny panel and can't tell how it matches the rest of the car.
