Jessica was my POC at Boulder Bump Shop while my car was repaired from a rear end collision. She was incredibly knowledgeable in her field and served as an expert in evaluating the damage done to my Subaru. She found additional damage that was missed by the initial inspection and quickly justified them to the insurance company. She responded to any questions, provided timely updates, and made sure nothing slowed down the repair process. On top of that, she had a tech work a weekend to help meet a deadline. She is a fantastic person to work with and so was her tech who worked the weekend.

Excellent service. We've had work done with The Boulder Bump Shop since 2012 or so. The service is always stellar, appointments are kept, and work is completed in a timely fashion. Most recently, I had an excellent experience with Luke in a last minute situation where our car door had been damaged and wasn't functioning properly.
Despite high demand for services right now, Luke was able to fit me in fairly quickly. I arrived on time and Luke took care of me immediately. He assessed the situation and made clear that it could be repaired fairly easily. They took the car into the shop, his colleagues

After I got into an accident a few weeks ago, the driver’s side wheel well of my vehicle was damaged. The Boulder Bump Shop did an excellent job of coordinating with my insurance company to make sure the repair process was quick and effortless. I really appreciated that because the accident unearthed some personal anxiety and I was so relieved to not have to deal with nonsense that often accompanies a vehicle repair. I just got off the phone with these people after listening to a seemingly-endless list of excuses as to why they couldn't conveniently schedule an inspection and hail-dent-removal on my car with zero-deductible comp insurance - so guaranteed payment without question, regardless of how much the charges were.

Overall, I'm very happy with my experience at Boulder Bump Shop. I had originally taken my car elsewhere and spent months on the waitlist, with no communication and not feeling like a priority. At Boulder Bump Shop, my car did spend an extra unanticipated week in the shop due to an issue with some machinery in the shop, but although they were unable to meet my "promise date", I'm happy with the job they did. All staff were very friendly and open to frequent updates. I would take my car here again if needed.

They are way too busy through every interaction. They eventually fixed my car 6 days late. They did a fine job and were professional, but the attention to detail wasn't there and it felt rushed. There was still marking paint on the car and my clock wasn't set to the right time. If I wanted an update I had to call in leave a message and hope they had time to get back to me. If they start taking less work or hire more people I could recommend them but as of now i'll take my car somewhere else next time.

I was rear ended and needed a new bumper on my crosstrek. They had a cancellation and were able to get my in quickly. It was repaired in 4 days. Sadly once I got it home and really looked at the repair, I noticed the bumper wasn't the same shade as the rest of my car. Nothing too drastic, but in certain lighting it was pretty noticeable, just a different shade of white/pearl. They have a warranty guarantee on all their work, and we're able to book an appointment for me and quickly fix the bumper. They paid for a rental, and my car was fixed again in 3 days. It's now the perfect shade

I took my car in here and they where able to do a estimate that day and set up a date for it to get repaired at the same time! The repairs came out great and my car looks​ like new! My only complaints I would have is that they aren't always he best with answering the phone or retuning call but they are very busy and I can see why as there work is great! The only other thing that happened was they would start my car should or hopefully will be done on a certain day then the would call back that day and say they needed another.But they apologized and the work was well worth the wait!

After receiving my estimate, I made an appointment for November 1st. I was originally told the repair and clear bra should take 2-3 days. The repairs ended up taking a month! Why? Well Boulder Bump Shop had the cheapest person they could find install a patchwork of clear bra on my vehicle.

Anytime you need an auto body repair service it's not a great situation and Boulder Bump Shop went above and beyond, making the whole process more pleasant than I thought possible! It's the only body shop I'll use going forward and I have recommended it to friends and coworkers.

The hail storm was a big one in Denver and the all of the local shops were booked till February so I took it to BBS reluctantly... I was very surprised by the great customer service of keeping me up to date when parts were coming in and when my truck would be ready. When I picked it up, I was greeted by Luke the owner who presented me with a sparkling clean truck inside and out. THanks again for the speedy service.

After my flying firewood incident (driver not found) in the Canyon, I brought my brand new Subaru Outback Legacy to them to repair the cracked front end. I love these guys. They are professional, high quality, communicative (thank you Hailey and Luke!), and deliver what they promise. My Subaru is restored to factory specifications so the tungsten color glows once again. I would unhesitatingly recommend them!

We recently rear ended another vehicle and smashed in the front of our Chevy Volt. It broke the charging system so we had to have the car towed in. Boulder Bump did a fantastic job of managing the repair process, setting expectations about the time needed to fix it and in the end did a fantastic job getting it back to new condition.
People seem to get worked up by the timing of a fix but I think Boulder Bump does a nice job of project management. It's a complex job putting a modern car back together and most people probably want their car back asap, so any little delay will cause dissatisfaction

We had the Bump Shop fix the front end of our car in November/December. They did great work on our car.
I'm disappointed, though, in the customer service associated with timing and delivery. They initially told us it would take one week to fix the car, but it took two. They only told us it would be two weeks when we called at the end of the first week, expecting it to be finished.
We had to rent a car while they were working on ours, paying out of pocket (not through our insurance company). We rented through the rental company they have a partnership with. Because the work took an extra

After hitting an icy patch of untreated road, I had to take my car to Boulder Bump Shop; they were referred to me by a coworker. I had a great experience during the repair process. It was a very busy time for them and they started working on my car immediately while keeping me updated on the progress. Due to the complicated repairs, they missed their completion date, but immediately arranged a new rental car for me. The car looked like it did before the accident and the process was so easy. I called a couple of places and only the Bump Shop really heard me when I said I didn't want to spend a lot of money and didn't care about looks, just function.
I dropped into the Bump Shop, without an appointment, and in less than 15 minutes I was back on the road with a driver's door that opened all the way! And, it cost me way

I have been taking my car(s) to the Bump Shop for years. Actually my whole family has. They always are so friendly and do such an amazing job. Whether you are using insurance or not, they have by far the best quality. The turnaround is quick and they are always honest about how long it will take (most of the time it's done sooner!). I brought my car in for an accident I didn't want to claim under my insurance and they were so helpful in making it as cheap as possible but the highest quality.

I drive a 2002 Acura RSX that I've had since 2005 and have not had to make any payments on it nor have I ever been in an accident, so I don't have Collision Insurance. Well, on a slushie snow day in Boulder, I was unable to stop on a downhill slope (I could hear my antilock brakes crunching), and I rear-ended the SUV ahead of me.

Boulder Bump Shop rocks. Unfortunately, I've needed their services multiple times for my Audi S4 and Toyota 4Runner. Each time the work has been done at price quoted and ready when promised.
Additionally, I had a scratch on my Audi brought car in, they buffed out while I waited. Tried to pay but the refused payment.

I must have some kind of invisible but powerful bullseye on the back of my car, 'cause I have to visit these guys more than I'd like to. Don't get me wrong, this is not your average repair shop with skeezy repair guys.
These guys are really nice and don't give you the feeling you're being hoodwinked; I really appreciate this as a woman! Every time I've gone in, they have given me quick estimates that turn out to be very accurate when it comes time to pay up. My car comes back to me clean and looking new again.
