Dr. Judy Choi was born and raised in Philadelphia. Upon graduating from Boston College, she pursued dental school at University of Pennsylvania, and then went on to complete her orthodontics residency at University of California San Francisco. Dr. Choi joined Walnut Central Orthodontics when she moved to Dallas in 2019 with her husband Michael, an oral surgeon resident at UTSW.

Dr Kanibar is a true professional and really cares about her clients. The technology she uses to show you the before and after results of her services is incredibly advanced and helpful! Once I saw how my teeth and bite/jaw would appear after Invisalign, I was sold! She has made the process very easy, stress free, and enjoyable. I recently recommended her to a friend of mine in Austin, TX and assured her she is worth the 3 hour drive!!! You will not be disappointed and the investment is worth every cent! Professionalism to the finest, honest to the core. My 12 year old did not have all her molars out yet and so were asked to come back in a year or when they should be formed fully. Went to another place last year and they wanted to start right away. We will definitely get her braces from here and no other place. They have our trust fully.

I love how easy-going and helpful everyone at WCO have always been. I can always get an appointment that suits my schedule. The treatment has been wonderful, caring, and friendly. I'm done with treatment, but had to go back to repair my permanent retainer. It was free of charge as they guaranteed it for the first year. I either didn't recall that or didn't know, whatever the case it is a nice surprise to have a guarantee and no out of pocket costs. FYI, Abel is the best if you need a permanent retainer! Even my dentist and dentist assistant complimented his work!
