DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY! Consider yourself warned!! I wish I could give them ZERO stars. This place took my credit card and quoted me 30 minutes for a tow.
THREE hours, multiple phone calls, THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, and a completely WASTED DAY later...nobody ever showed up. I called to cancel and ask that they not charge my card and they HUNG UP ON ME. I called back and they hung up AGAIN!!!
Now I have to contest the charge with my credit card company. I will absolutely be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.

I called this company for a tow since they were the first people to pop out on google.
The person on the phone told me they would have someone out within 30 minutes... I called 45 minutes later and they said he would be there in the next 10 minutes that it was rush hour.
After a hour and ten minutes the front desk calls me to tell me that the driver won't be there till another hour!!!
Wasted my time and so unprofessional!
