This company's driver was a no call/no show. In addition I was charged a $25.00 cancellation fee. I have been calling in a total of 7 different times to explain the situation and get a refund. Each time I have been told different things ranging from "the charge will be refunded in 10-14 days" to "I'm sorry the driver no longer works for us you will have to dispute the charges." All this seems very fishy to me.

These people know good service. i was stranded out in the middle of nowhere and since I came to Los Angeles on a business trip and my car had gotten a flat tire and I had no spare and at the worst possible moment I get a flat tire luckily sear auto towing burbank was open ad able to take me back home they were amazing

My old Subaru power steering broke down and spewed fluid all over the engine compartment of my car, and I at first thought the transmission cooling line had broken. Not wanting to make matters worse, I parked it and called West LA Towing for assistance. They dispatched a driver and in 15 minutes a flatbed tow truck was on site! I flagged them down and pointed out where my car was parked. The driver, Mike Paterson, was great and treated my car with tender loving care as he drove it on to the flat bed and tied it down.
