I contacted Joe for a new home inspection. He arrived on time and performed a thorough inspection. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and just a nice guy. I was there during the inspection and he took the time to explain things to me that he was noticing and answered every question I asked. He sent me the inspection report later that day. This was our third time using Joe Acevedo for our new build home inspection. Joe was very thorough with his inspection from the foundation to the roof and actually found some pretty serious issues which needed to be addressed by the builder. Scheduling an inspection date and time was a breeze, and he will try his best to be flexible to accommodate your schedule. He did a free reinspection as part of his service and actually noted additional findings in his second report which shows how thorough and detailed he is. He was quick with providing his completed report which included photos and his suggestions

Joe did an amazing job checking our future home for any issues, etc. He took the time to explain (easy to understand) his findings. He responded to all of the questions we had. He was so good that offered to come back to make sure repairs were done. He was there with us the day of the final walk to make sure repairs were done-free of charge! We hired Joe from I Inspec Homes for our final inspection on our new home and he did an excellent job. He was very professional and explained everything in detail in regards to the process with the inspection. He found some issues with our new home that we would have not been able to catch on our own, glad we hired him. I would highly recommend Joe and his company for any home inspection.

As first time home buyers, Joe was a great help throughout the process! Not only did he thoroughly inspect the property, he also took the time to explain issues and fixes right then and there. He did a follow-up consultation to make sure the seller made the recommended and agreed upon fixes. Good thing he did, too, because some of those fixes were not completed properly! He plans a third visit to the property when the owner finally finishes all of the repairs. Awesome attitude. He clearly knows his stuff and doesn't mind taking the extra time our of his day to make sure we understood it all
