Bluebonnet Inspections is great. They did a very detailed inspection on our home purchase for a good price. Our inspector Tim was even able to accommodate our option period being short and came out very next day. He had the written report to us within hours after finishing up. Tim was even willing to come back out, for a reasonable amount, and reinspect our appliances since the gas was turned off by the city before the initial inspection. I highly recommend bluebonnet to anyone looking for a home inspection in the area! 5/5 stars!

Tim was absolutely fantastic from the start. He helped us when we were in time crunch, and got us our inspection next day. Not only that, but he came out a second time to check our gas systems on the house because they weren’t turned on the first time. Thank you so much Tim, you are awesome!

It is a very late review, but I hope it can help Tim and his business. I used him as my home inspector in May, 2019. He did a great job of providing all the details we need for the house we wanted. There is nothing we don't like to work with him. We purchased the home he inspected.

My realtor recommended Tim and I'm sure glad she did. He was able to get a house inspected and a report to me within just a few days, which during an option buying period is crucial.
Tim was friendly and explained in simple terms all the issues identified. Recommend being present for the inspection and follow them around so they can explain things to you as they see them and ask questions.

Tim is the man to call if you need your home inspected! He was extremely accomidating to our schedule and was able to meet on our time. As a first time home buyer I know little to nothing about the process. Tim was so knowledgeable he turned this scary process into a learning experience and never made us feel dumb for asking (dumb) questions. 10 out of 10 would recomend to anyone!
